Television satellite services was extremely temparmental during Thursday night NFL game as well as several other popular stations. overall descent hotel for an over night stay.

Check in was less than 5 minutes, at almost midnight. Staff was friendly, and notified me that the Restaurant was still open, and I couldn't have been happier. This wasn't my first stay, and won't be my last.

From the moment we walked into hotel and 2 checking people were arguing about going home early to them not answering the phone when I called for a wake up call to their rudeness when I did talk to them about airport shuttle. I could not believe how terrible they were at every step. Beautiful hotel and room was great, but being treated like that when I'm used to hotel staff being a+ on customer service made for a bad experience. I'd never go back.

The hotel is beautiful but the security of the hotel is not nice . We have 2 kids , we stayed at hotel for 2 nights, the security came to knock the door and requested stop to make noisy , if not we must to leave hotel . We understand our little kids played too loudly but after the long day vacation , they feel happy . How the hotel security can talk like that just in the firs time ? My kids said that the people here is not nice at all

We think this hotel is a nice property, but we had a very bad experience. The room we were assigned was too hot, and we spoke to the staff about his problem before we left for a function. We were forced to be extremely uncomfortable and began perspiring heavily while we were getting dressed for our function. When we returned to the hotel, hours later, the problem was not corrected, and again we were too hot and perspiring. We went to the front desk again, and told the staff of our need to have this problem addressed immediately. We were told that the property was sold out and they could not move us to another room, so we had to wait for maintenance staff. After about 20 minutes, staff came to the room and needed to repair something internal with the thermostat. Our problem was solved, but it should not have taken so long to fix. Other than this, we think this is a nice property to stay at.

Would have been nice to have a hot tub or sauna. Pool was nice and warm-lovely. Staff was very courteous and accommodating.

Due to early morning flight we stayed overnight. Best decision we made to include the right hotel!!! Will DEFINITELY use this hotel again for future travel needs.

Hotel was in convenient location, the desk staff was pleasant and quick, the room clean and comfortable. The bar staff was bright and happy, even though I showed up for take out very close to closing time.

Very nice hotel, noise near pool atrium was too much and we moved rooms.

Close to airport. Friendly staff. If you book with Orbitz you need to book car parking separatly if leaving your car when you fly. They were still able to accommodate me there.

Forced by double flight cancellation at PHL, I was forced to get 4 hrs. sleep at this hotel. No large towel in room, only washcloth and hand towell. Had to go to an empty front desk to ask for a bath towel, staffer reluctantly got one for me. Extra cost to use wi-fi internet service through I paid $225. for the 4 hour stay there already. Conversation of American Airlines staffers awaiting shuttle van back to PHL airport openly shared comments about bed bugs and difficutly hotel has in erradicating them. The worst hotel experience in my life, fortunately not attacked by any bed bugs in my room. Would have liked to take a swim in nice heated pool outside room slider door, but only small hand towel in room, no large towels. I DID appreciate staff giving me a close 1st floor room as I have some minor handicap walking issues.

The hotel is seriously far from the action but the free shuttle to the airport was super great since the train was directly out side. I mean directly. Clean, spacious with really nice staff, great inside pool and surrounded by some wildlife which was cool he loved it!

Don't expect much of a greeting when you arrive or when you walk around the lobby, but the staff seem helpful when called upon. Hotel was clean and safe, and that was why I gave it high marks.

We nada wonderful time at this hotel, it was beautiful and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Traveling as a single parents with three young children they were very helpful such as offering to escort one child to the restroom during a meal. We will definitely return!

I chose this hotel specifically for its pool. I normally swim every morning (to help with a back problem), and the online photos of this hotel's pool made it look particularly nice, and large--good for laps. Most hotel pools open at about 6am, to accommodate people like me. But this one doesn't open until 10am. I was staying only one night and had to leave at 8:30am. When I found out what the hours were (upon arrival), I spoke to the evening manager. He said he would leave a note for the morning manager asking him to open the pool for me at 7am. I went down to the desk at 7am, and the staff told me that the morning manager wouldn't be arriving until 8:30, and they were not authorized to open the pool for me. End of story.

Just a few hours for layover, very nice and convenient to airport

A very clean comfortable modern place to stay. Located very close to the airport.

Nice location to park and fly. Cheese steaks were excellent.

The hotel room and staff were great. Clean room with just about everything you need. I would a mini fridge to make it perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

The check in went smooth First room we got was filthy! Molded curtains, stained carpets, garbage left behind, it smelled. We complained they switched our room ( standard service) Staff were good Pool reeked of chlorine I did not allow my kids in . Overall this hotel needs an update and better cleanning service for sure

late night last minute booking after a festival.

nice hotel , good location , near airport

Close to airport. Friendly staff. If you book with Orbitz you need to book car parking separatly if leaving your car when you fly. They were still able to accommodate me there.
