Entering the lobby, it was beautiful and appealing. Getting to the room, it was old, antiquated, and it definitely could use some updates. The toilet wouldn't flush unless I held the handle down, and the bathtub dripped, which is such a waste of water. Most of the staff were friendly, especially Kathy at the bar, but others were not. Their choice of things to eat is very limited and not being close to anything except the airport, was a little inconvenient without a car.

Cleaness is good and convenience can be felt. Would choose it next time.

The lobby is beautifully remodeled, I just wish the rooms were as well. As soon as I walked in, it wreaked of cigarette smoke and it was a non smoking room that I booked. The housekeeper sprayed air freshener to cover up the smell. The beds were comfortable but the room was dated. Worst feature was the bathroom, dust and hair on the light shades, wall paper pealing off, it was at best 2.5 star quality. Grabbed a bite to eat at the lounge and there was lipstick still on the glass, service was slow, and food overpriced. I've stayed at many hotels but this by far was a shocker. This property does not represent Renaissance or Marriot. I don't know if they have plans to renovate the rooms but that would be recommendation or rebuild. Very disappointing but glad I only had to stay one night or I would have complained for a full refund.

I arrive well before check in. Gave my information and then they said to check back in an hour. Well 4 hours later I was told my room was still not ready.

Very close to the airport. Quite convenient. A little odd to get to, but once you get the hang of it it's easy. The hotel was nice, neat and clean. Staff was pretty friendly.

Location is good. And indoor pool is nice. Bathroom was not clean to an acceptable level and the shower did not drain. A few hairs were on one comforter.

I call room service no body show up. It took them about two hours to check us in.

Nice hotel for the money. Very close to the airport. Friendly staff, really enjoyed my stay here. will be back.

The shuttle driver was not pleasant at all, but the facility is clean and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful

Meets expectations. Air conditioner a little weak.
