We stayed here for the second time. Treats at the front desk daily, yummy chocolate chip cookies. Descent fitness area with up to 50 pound dumbells. Packed with kids for a lacrosse tournament. Had to report kids pressing every button the elevator twice that we encountered. A nice facility overall.

came to this town for business. Chose this hotel due to convenient location. Was okay, staff somewhat rude but will work with you. Overpriced but good location.

Great hotel and great location! I would really recommend this hotel to any visitor to Conshohocken, PA

I didn't enjoy my stay at the hotel as much as I've expected. With their name, I was hoping to get at least some decent experience but I was wrong! First off, On this website, it lists that they serve "continental breakfast". When we were there at the hotel to check in, we asked about the breakfast and the answer was "No, you don't get free breakfast here because you booked through Or-bit-z". I've never heard that answer to that question before. Not that I'm complaining about the breakfast, but it should be listed clearly before consumers make purchase! Staff was very rude and unwilling to help. We had two things happened over 2 nights stay-- TV screen dimming down and brightening up on its own, hurting our eyes to even watch it. And the pole to move the curtains fell with a gentle touch (yes, gentle, because we didn't even tough it, we pushed curtain a bit to take a look outside). Didn't get fixed. No apology no nothing. Don't expect to get your usual big M experience here, they know you just come and go and won't care!!

If you stay during the week there are a lot of extras you have to pay for: parking, breakfast, WiFi. Luckily, we staying through Saturday, so we didn't have to pay for parking or WiFi usage. It's very clean and updated. Unfortunately, a traveler site stated that there was free breakfast, which there was not. It is on their webpage, however. It is available at the restaurant in the hotel, but is $17 per person! Overall, great stay.

I only stay one night for a graduation but the staff was friendly and ver helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable bed.

Staff was wonderful, room was small, but perfect and very clean. Location was easy to get to. Would highly recommend.

We spent the weekend at this hotel, centrally located to our relatives in Montgomery and Delaware counties. It has easy access to major highways. We've stayed here before - pleasant staff, including friendly bartenders. This time we had a great view of the river. We like the king size bed. Would have liked free wifi.

Location of hotel was a little difficult to find, but overall experience was great!

Thought the hotel was great, service was good, great location. I only wish they had offered breakfast, and had an outdoor pool, as it was hot, and there is little to no sun on the indoor pool.

Shulas restaurant was all ala carte and overpriced. Breakfast buffet was good. KJ wine was 5$ more than we pay in texas restaurants[14/9]. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Service was good and parking was convenient as was location. No major complaints and we had an enjoyable time.

nice hotel..the only drawbacks were the cost of wireless internet, approx $13...and i ordered room service from Shulas thinking a burger would be great..it was pretty ordinary and cost $15. The hotel gym was decent and they have an indoor heated pool with sauna...so decent ammenitities...

Not too far from Philly and close to King of Prussia Mall. The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful. Requests for additional pillows and towels were met immediately. We got time saving directions to the airport and the hotel even has complimentary donuts, pretzels, water, lemonade, and newspapers, daily. There is a nice modern fitness center and small pool. The hotel provides overnight parking for $15. The rooms are clean and efficiently laid out, but quite small. The HD plasma TV rotates which is good since our didn't face the bed head on. The rear of the hotel has active train tracks right behind it which might be an issue for light sleepers. It didn't bother us too much.

The location is not that far out of Philadelphia. Easy to find your way from the hotel into the city and back again. There was a friendly and very helpful staff!

Attended family wedding in area. Hotel should not make you pay for parking if you are staying there. That is a rip off. Very overpriced restaurant.

The staff was very nice, the hottub is in a really nice location. Hotel was convenient to the wawa convenience store, and mcdonalds.Covered parking was a plus,Hotel was easy to get to, right off the highway. restaurant was a little pricey. VERY comfortable beds.

First room was smoky, despite hotel non-smoking policy. Hotel promptly gave us a better room on a higher floor. Second room was excellent in all respects. Beds were exceptionally comfy, views were wonderful and other amenities were first rate. I stayed for 3 nights and paid $12.00 per night for parking in the garage. Food in the restaurant was extremely expensive. Breakfast was substandard and I suggested improvements to the waitstaff to communicate to the chefs. Front desk staff at hotel were exceptional. Great hotel for business travelers and wedding parties. Not a good hotel for families traveling on a budget. No restaurants within walking distance.

eat and sleep

Great restaurant in Shula's steakhouse. Great lobby services, they almost always had something cool in the lobby like food samples from the restaurant, bottled water, philly pretzels, candy etc... Not a great business center, in fact a pretty poor one.

As stated it was our 40th wedding anniversary. We chose this hotel because our daughter was very sick in hospital in Philly but we still wanted to celebrate! The staff was very, very friendly & when they saw us toast each other they gave us a complimentry dessert. The rooms over look the Skullykill River. There were walking paths to enjoy. The service I would rate as higher than a 10!! The gym & pool area gave us a great outlet to reduce the stress of our daughter's illness The gym area was clean all was in working order and there were complimentry ice packs & cold bottled water.
