They have a little store in the front office there and they sell ramen noodles

The staff was super great. Very welcoming. Room was clean, smelled good.

The property was very dirty. It had bed bugs. When I told management about the bedbugs. They didn't believe me. I had to take them the live bedbugs in a plastic bag. I called orbitz and I finally got a refund. The called the police and escorted me of the premises. I thought that they would comp me the room. At 12:30 am the manager came banging on my door and told me since I got a refund. I was not entitled to the room. he threaten me. I wanted to talk to the owner manager, but he refused and said he was in charge.The police came and escorted me of the premises. The place was a dump, It was in a run down area. The front door to the motel is locked and you have to use a security window to communicate. This was the worst experience with any Hotel. I know orbits gave it a 2.5 rating (I should have realized what a dump) but that rating is way to high. Maybe 1-

Absolutely nothing!! Would not recommend to anyone. And as we were checking in, someone was checking out who had just checked in and they were given a refund and was on the phone filling a formal complaint.

In terrible shape and it stunk refrigerator was dirty holes that were patched and never painted bathroom with I wouldn't pay the dog in there if I had a dog with me I didn't stay I got a refund and left but I'm still waiting on the refund from them and somehow I got charged twice

Worse motel so far. Please see photos. I checked out because I couldn’t stay there due to unsanitary conditions and the motel staff refused to refund my money.

I had a family wedding to attend, never being to Pensacola, I knew nothing of the town, I booked a room and informed my son and daughter of location. They also booked rooms. My room was fine everything worked , Cleanliness was Ok for a Hotel that appears to not to have been updated since being built probably in the 70's. My daughter had complaints of room AC being inadequate, TV with no sound volume, on third complaint staff told them they could come get their money and leave, Knowing there were no vacancy's anywhere in the area. They stayed. My son and family had no issues with room other than it being decrepit and not the cleanest and all rooms had an approx.1/4 " or more gap around the outside entry door so that not just light showing but could actually peak out or into rooms thru the gap.

Not close to beach, not clean at checkin, old hotel

Rude staff tried to charge me for 2 separate rooms when I only reserved one. Insisted I had to call Expedia to have them cancel the extra room , sketchy location, drunk/high people running past the window at all hours yelling..never again ☹️

Bed bugs, cockroaches, and a/c didn't work. They also put me in a pet room which was fine but they charged me for a pet and I didn't have one with me.

It was convenient for where I needed to be. It was pleasant enough but the hotel could be updated.

It's a decent hotel the guy behind the desk is really nice! Call this hotel before you book there normally cheaper than online prices. They also have semi parking
