The property was in an industrial park with a motel next to it that looked like it housed transients. There were dead bugs all over and on the wall around it. There were puddles on the floor, and we wiped them up with a paper towel which turned filthy. One of those places you don't want to walk barefoot. We were there 2 nights and there were only enough towels for one night. I don't recommend this place. $340.00 for 2 nights, they should give a refund.

our room was dirty. couch looks like it should have been replaced about 10 years ago. dirty mirrors. dirty floors. only clean thing was the bed...which was the only place we actually sat. the main counter/island was covered in old glitter and food grease. definitely need to upgrade the rooms.
I like the privacy and tranquility of the facility, clean, staff were very professional and friendly. we had difficulty finding the place, arrived at night and Plantation Rd, winds around. Not enough towels, we were 4 and only had 3 sets of towels. However, I would recommend this facility.
I was really more than I expected it to be. I was not there long enough to truly enjoy all the amenities of the room. I thought it was neat that the room had a fireplace and full kitchen. The location was quiet and I liked that they strongly encouraged quietness after 10pm. I will definitely be considering this as an option in the future and recommend the facility to others.
Knowing we would be late for check in...I called the hotel to ensure they would keep our room available. The man who answered was kind and considerate. When we arrived, he was pleasant and excited that we had made it safely. He helped with locations around the city for myself and others. Our room clean and extremely comfortable.
Our check-in was pleasant and uneventful. The receptionist was quite friendly and accommodating. The web-site of the hotel gave us the impression of a very nice and upgraded facility. I emailed the staff prior to our arrival to make sure our room was well cleaned due to allergies, and other health issues. I also mentioned I had read reviews about the hotel on websites. I verified with the receptionist to make sure my email was received upon our arrival. The pictures on the website of the rooms was quite different from our room. The hardwood floors in the kitchen was seeping small amounts of water. When the maintenance repairman came the next day, he reported the floor will need to be " pulled up " due to plumbing issues. There were rust areas all over the refrigerator. We noticed a large spot on one of the sofa pillows. There were not enough towels for 3 people. There were a few flying bugs in the room. Needless to say, this room should not have been given to anyone simply because of plumbing issues. This hotel needs major renovations.
We got a great price on this hotel, and it had a kitchen, which allowed us to save more money by making our own meals. It seems as though the room had been recently updated with new flooring, but the updates were not done to the highest quality. The baseboard was still carpet, which made the room smell slightly stale and the coffee table had obviously been painted black. The brush strokes were obvious. The breakfast was really good. It included waffles, eggs, and other things beyond just the basics. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a good experience. We would stay there again.
The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous.
Management at this hotel was very uncooperative and not willing to work with customers when issues beyond the control of the customer happens. Won't go into details but Manager was not accommodating and very rigid.
This hotel was very friendly and had great service. Would stay here again and recommend to a friend. Only issue was it was a little difficult finding. The value of the room is phenomenal, room was very large and had everything that anyone would need.
