So I booked this location as a quick getaway for 2 nights for my wife and I specifically because they have a hot tub. I have baf arthritis and wanted the ability to use it both days. Since i got burnt before at another location, I called them the night before we were to arrive and before I booked to first verify they had a hot tun, then to make sure it was working. Needless to say upun checking in and walking past it to see that it was out of order was beyond frustrating. They claimed it just broke but honestly i heard that story before and was just really anjoyed and dodnt want to ruin our other plans in the area by leaving there. Had we known this and the person at the front desk when i called night before was honest and said it wasnt working we had another location we would have chosen but complete ppposite directions and didnt want to drive 2 hours at dinner time when we were already hungry. Lesson learned again!

We booked our room online and when we arrived they had no power. It was no fault of theirs many people in the area were without power. We chose to take our chances and stay anyway in the dark. Our room was huge and wonderfully updated. Power did come back on around 2am and we were able to have a late check out. I can’t wait to go back and use their pool

Sarah had checked me in after a long drive. It was the quickest & most efficient check in I’ve ever experienced. She asked if my trip was business or pleasure. I said both & would be up early each day. She asked which floor i preferred & made sure I was in a quiet side away from the elevator. She gave me the furthest room from elevator yet next to the side exit. Convenient!
