Our neighbors was so loud. Security had to be called to calm them down. My visit was very uncomfortable.

NO water in the morning. Was supposed to be back by 5 am. No compensation from hotel.

Nice clean property. I didn’t like the lack of hot water in the shower. It never got warmer than luke warm.

Be aware of this hotel before you book! This is not a "Full Service" hotel. During our stay, our safe broke. We called the front desk on a Saturday night to get it fixed around 10:30pm. We were told that there was nobody on duty that could reset our safe (engineering or a manager) My wife and I had our wallet/purse in the safe. We had zero access to our cash, atm/debit card, ID, and important medication that I needed. Front desk told us "Not a Full Service Hotel" Also, we wanted to get lunch before heading to the pool at 1pm. Sign on the wall said lunch from 11am-2pm. We were told lunch was discontinued. If anything breaks in your room, (tv, toilet, safe, lights, etc) it will not be fixed until the following say. We spoke to the manager and he was not helpful at all. Beware when staying at HGIWP. The staff needs to be trained better at customer service and some policies need to be changed. We had a less than desirable 9 night stay.

Orbitz oversold the place so we almost didn't get a room.....but they ended up accommodating. No jacuzzi. The room was not that clean and they kept forgetting to remove glasses. Their snack bar is below average. Breakfast and the staff that serves there was excellent. Their phones don't work to the hotel so it took 30 minutes to get to the receptionist. On checkout, only one poor girl was working in front managing a 100 things while the manager sat his butt in the other room instead of helping. They have to get their act straight. Location was great ....near outlet mall and close to beach and downtown. 10 minutes each way....but I think they need a new manager who cares or to wake the one up that already works there. Disappointed overall.

I was impressed at how current and up to date the property was. And it was a great location. And free parking.

Quality facility, and friendly staff! Fast elevators and rooms attractive and clean!

The concierge was phenomenal. Accommodations were excellent. Will repeat stay whenever possible.

I like the cleanest. The staff was awesome. I loved that they gave me extra time being that I got in so late. Even gave more time the last day.

Everyone was happy, there is nothing that I wouldn’t change.

Orbitz oversold the place so we almost didn't get a room.....but they ended up accommodating. No jacuzzi. The room was not that clean and they kept forgetting to remove glasses. Their snack bar is below average. Breakfast and the staff that serves there was excellent. Their phones don't work to the hotel so it took 30 minutes to get to the receptionist. On checkout, only one poor girl was working in front managing a 100 things while the manager sat his butt in the other room instead of helping. They have to get their act straight. Location was great ....near outlet mall and close to beach and downtown. 10 minutes each way....but I think they need a new manager who cares or to wake the one up that already works there. Disappointed overall.
