Let me just say this is supposed to be a higher end Hilton. So this is all on a curve. But my room had a noisy AC. This shouldn’t be. Second the pool was closed for renovation. That’s unfortunate but how do you justify the same rate? It’s not as if when I booked the hotel I knew this. They had a free bus to the beach which was “down for cleaning” when I asked at 11 am on Saturday for a ride. Really 11am Saturday was the best time to clean the bus? Finally, when asked where the bus would drop me off so that I knew where to catch it on the way back, they didn’t know. Wait one more when I asked for a restaurant for lunch they sent me to a place in palm beach that wasn’t even open. Come on guys do better. This isn’t Myrtle beach It’s palm beach. As an aside I loved my stay at the Hilton MB in May.

West Palm area has nothing to offer anymore. It used to be a happening area. Lots of restaurants, bars and entertaiment. It was fun to walk around. Tons of people around. Delray beach area is where people are going now.
Staff was very friendly except for ALL of the restaurant hostesses and Galley and Manor. They were dismissing, slow and rude. But once I was seated, the wait staff was amazing. Quality of the food was good. Location is great with shopping and outside restaurants. $12 Uber ride to Worth Ave and most other local spots. They really need to better train their hostesses or replace them, because they are the only weak point and I experienced bad service from them each and every time I ate a meal at the hotel. I ended up going elsewhere for meals outside the hotel.

Really nice outdoor pool and dining. Close to a small but cute outdoor mall. You pay extra for everything though, parking is valet only and there is a daily resort fee as well. I found our hotel room to be okay, a bit outdated but the bed was comfortable.
