Very clean, soft bed, walking distance to Disney Springs.

Nice hotel, clean room, very nice pool and water area for the kids, however, we will not be staying here again because of the bus hassle of getting back to the hotel from the parks. When you've been at the parks all day, you're tired and ready to get back to the hotel asap. The hotel says they have shuttles to/from the Disney parks, which is true, however, they did not state the shuttles are "shared" with other hotels, such as the Holiday Inn, Best Western, B-Resort, sometimes the Hilton, etc. The morning shuttle took us straight to the parks every time but the evening shuttle was a crap shoot every night. The first night, we were the first stop (only took about 15-20 mins) and it was fine, but 2 nights later it took almost 1 hour to get back to the Wyndham after all of the other stops. It was never a consistent schedule and only 1 of the bus drivers communicated very clearly with us exactly as to what the drop off order would be. Also, where you have to wait for these buses in the Parks pickup area is exposed to the elements, rain or shine, so be prepared. Some of the other sections had overhead coverage, but the spaces for these buses did not. To be fair to Wyndham, I was told by another hotel in the area that Disney won't let other hotels have direct routes and requires that they all use a common shuttle service. If that's true, it wouldn't matter whether you stay at the Hilton, Best Western, etc., you may still have to deal with this issue.

Valet person inside given tickets out or in for information could be nicer.

Will stay again. The room was a little small but for the price you couldn't beat it. We got rained out so we needed to dry shoes with the hair dryer. Well it almost blew up and smoked but I told the desk and they replaced it in less than 10 mins. Very helpful staff. Beware of the $12 a day for parking and $20 a day resort fee. Other than that perfect stay!

The hotel itself isn't bad. It was clean, the staff for the most part was helpful. A few things though...you can hear everything that goes on in other rooms and in the hall. We had an adjoining room, and despite both doors being closed I could hear everything going on in the other room. What show they were watching, any time they opened or closed a drawer, etc. We could hear anyone having a conversation in the hall...clearly. The staff was nice enough but they all appeared as if they were college interns, not totally comfortable with the whole process. And there was a big screw up with the charges on my hotel, way overcharged, which was fixed but never should've happened in the first place. There is an adjoining motel which you share the pool with. Its a motel, not a hotel. I didn't feel as if I were staying at a 4 star resort by any means.

I'm so happy I chose to stay here. Everything was perfect, super clean room with excellent extras like a couch, refrigerator, comfy pillows and AC control. The pool area was very nice as well.

great hotel!!! the breakfast some bad and expensive

In the short time that my family and I stayed, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, had no issues. Great location and within walking distance from Disney Springs.

The hotel has been redecorated, but is in real need of renovations. The bathrooms need to be renovated and the pool area could use a serious face lift. The rooms were clean and the beds just okay. It was convenient for the parks with their shuttle service. The price beats ALL the Disney resort hotel pricing. If you aren't into fancy hotels and just need a clean spot to rest your head, the Wyndham is okay. The Lakeview Restaurant food is awful.

The hotel was located right next to a lot of shopping, and it provided regular bus service to all Disney parks. The main portion of the hotel is very nice, but the two wing extensions are like a Days Inn set-up. Be careful over room selection. We arrived early, so we could not check-in. The front desk clerk took our cell number and advised us that he would call us once rooms became available to check-in. Regular check-in began at 4 p.m., and he told us if he did not call, then no rooms would be available until that time. We had a few hours, so we went shopping and had lunch. It was 3:30 p.m. when we returned to the hotel lobby, and there was a line of people being checked in at the desk. We never received a call that rooms were available, but they obviously were, as registration and room keys were being issued. we registered, and then looked for a luggage cart to self-help luggage to our room. The bell hops monopolize the carts and refuse you to allow use of them without their help. Consequently, you either have to make multiple trips bringing up your luggage to your room, or wait a while until one of the bell hops is available. when we checked out, we called for a bellhop, but gave up waiting 25 minutes later and made the three separate trips down with our luggage ourselves. There were two bellhops standing in the lobby talking standing next to carts filled with luggage that entire time.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. There are two types of rooms. The tower rooms are by far the best but even the other rooms are a solid 4 star. This stay we were in a tower room. They are extremely clean and beautiful. Hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. Room service is a bit expensive but breakfast is great! What we love about the hotel is it's the closest one of all to Disney Springs. We walk over for dinner and drinks and it's only a short walk back. Easy and convenient.

Expensive hotel, too much waiting at check in. There is a character breakfast on some days that costs 26$ and you can't have a regular breakfast.

The only negative was that we went to Universal Studios and it cost us 60 dollars in cab fare. I think we would have stayed closer to Universal Studios since that is only park we went to. Hotel was great though.

So this hotel stay started off a little rocky. Due to some "maintenance issues" the hotel ended up over booked so on our first night we got a room with no view and a queen bed even though we paid for a lake view king. However the staff made good on the bad hand they were dealt and waived our resort and valet fees and provided free breakfast to make up for it. Overall it's a good hotel with an awesome location. Will put this hotel at the top of my list the next time I go to Disney World.

I tried to check in and was in line at check in time and I was not able to check in about half hour check in time I had to get in line again and still could not check in , then again I went in line again and finally I was able to check in and the Staff at the check in line are like robots not very friendly looks like I was going to a fast food restaurant . Rooms were clean and OK... the Parking is not good you either Valet park or Park were there is no parking ... and they still charge you for parking even if you don't Valet , it would be fine if there was parking... If you like crowded hotel, you would like this one , the only thing if you like to be close to Disney Main Entrance then this is the place to be... But I would not stay there again.. The Hotels by International Drive Area are much better... O I forgot if you like to take nice showers forget about it , the Water Pressure in this hotel is terrible .. The water goes hard and then soft , hard and soft ...

The bus service was very convenient and it was nice to walk to Disney Springs for dinner. The character breakfast was a blast and the staff at the restaurant was great!! My only complaint is that my room was supposed to have a Disney view but we were on the eighth floor so our view was of another roof with mop and bucket :(

Easy walk to Disney Springs. Sunday brunch was very good and the coffee was fantastic. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly.

Hotel was nice, tv didn't work but was not aware of it till the last nights stay because we were very busy!!!

Great location, can walk to Disney Springs, shuttle to theme parks, disappointed in breakfast with characters, got there at 10:00 and was told there was only 1 character so we did not go.

We would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly, the restaurant had good food and wait staff made sure you were comfortable, even though we walked in a half hour before they closed. Nice clean rooms and quiet. 24 hour coffee shop and nice gift shop. Clean grounds and within walking distance of Downtown Disney Springs.
