Hotel is a great option for easy access to Disney Springs! That’s why we chose this hotel. Staff is amazing and very friendly. Housekeeping is on point, cleans well, and always provides towels and clean linen. A couple of issues though; first, heater in one of the adjoining rooms wasn’t working. Florida experienced a minor freeze while we were there so things were a little uncomfortable. Second, adjoining door was stuck but was easily resolved with a maintenance call. Lastly, there aren’t many drawers. We were there for 11 days and it made things challenging getting ready to get ready for the parks. No one likes living out of a suitcase for more than a couple of days. Other than that, this hotel is in a heavily populated area and you can see the wear and tear from all previous guests. Definitely needs a refresh, but still worth the conveniences. I did want to mention one last thing. This hotel is part of the Disney partnership which means early access to all 4 parks.

For our entire stay, the TV continuously flashed messages “weak signal” and lost connection. The TV was not usable at all. We reported it to the front desk agent, and she said it was a known problem but “was not allowed to report it.” Shocking. We also noticed that the TV at the lobby bar worked fine at all times during our stay. What is probably more troubling is that we had this exact same problem with our TV over our entire stay at this hotel this last March. We stay at this hotel 2-3 times per year. Since it seems that this hotel knowingly cheats its guests out of services that it claims to provide and all guests should expect, then it appears pretty clear that we should stay at the Hilton across the street. We’ve stay there several times in the past, and they have never knowingly cheated or deceived us from services that we have paid for with our accommodations.

The ridiculously loud A/C unit in our room ruined what would’ve been a perfect stay here. I couldn’t sleep at night it was so loud. My family and I have stayed here many times in the past with no issues. We almost always pick this hotel whenever we visit Orlando for its perfect location (5 minute walk to Disney Springs), clean and well kept building and the rooms are cleaned everyday. Friendly staff and I didn’t even mind the upselling. I’m just surprised at the level of noise the A/C in our room. Disappointing experience this time.
