The hotel no longer offers valet parking. In stead of unloading the car and heading to check-in now must unload the car, park the automobile in a temporary spot, go back to check in, obtain a parking pass, return to automobile and drive to parking lot, walk back to hotel. The hotel charges a similar amount to self park as it did to valet park.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is walkable to Disney Springs on a path with no busy intersections which was great with my granddaughters. It was close to the Disney Parks which was convenient. My granddaughters loved the Game Room and the Pools. We ate at the Lakeview Restaurant for Breakfast Buffet each day. So many selections and they had a Mickey Mouse shaped Belgium Waffle for the kids and they would make omelets for the adults. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room and hotel were clean! Definitely will stay again

Great first leg to a Disney stay. Walkability to Disney Springs is such a win. Nice rooms, elevators quick, pool was clean, big and great staff out front and pool bar.

Convenient to Disney, Wi-Fi Needs Improvement

This hotel is an excellent option for a Walt Disney World vacation. It’s a convenient 5-minute walk to Disney Springs and only a 15-minute drive from the main Disney theme parks. The hotel's shuttle service to the parks is a huge plus, running reliably every hour. The pool and restaurant area are also fantastic, with a great atmosphere and comfortably warm water. The only real downside was the Wi-Fi. While staying in the main building on the top floor, I found streaming services like Disney+ and Netflix constantly buffered, so it could definitely use an upgrade. Despite the minor Wi-Fi issue, I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Disney parks.
