Positive- Property was very spacious and had all that we needed for our 2 night stay. Negative- listing states there is a heated pool and bbq however upon arrival we learned that you must pay an absurd price for these. Negative- home is quite far from the waterpark area. So, while it is a great amenity, be prepared to drive a few miles to get there.
