It was indeed a pleasure to find hotel met our expectations.

Not good ,bad idea to go there also it's dirty the room Service didn't clean the rom

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was close enough to Theme parks if you wanted to drive. They also provided a shuttle service for free. Just leave a small tip for the driver. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Restaurants on site are convenient: After a long day of walking around one of the theme parks you might not want to go off site. Swimming pool looked great. Didn't use it, but it was big.

Carpet stains, mildew smell in room, air vents, college fridge just laying on the floor below your knees access, 1 tiny trash can no liner, had to unplug lamp and alarm clock to charge our phones, old Formica bath counter tops, 1 cup cheap coffee maker, water saver on shower nozzle, blow dryer super old. Must Turn off light switch to use the blow dryer plug. I told the girl at checkout about my room just the mildew part. She said nothing just checked me out. She did not care at all. No thank you nothing. Never going back.

Checked in after 11pm, and a waiting line of 5 guests in front of me. The line got longer by the time I checked in. I can't blame the one person working the desk. It doesn't help when he had to reach around to other areas to print the keys and photo copy licenses. Nothing was just set up directly in front of him to use. The room itself is fine for one night. Its a fairly worn out hotel. It gets the job done, if you're spending all day and night in the Parks instead, and just need a bed for the night. Look for the coupon books at the State Line. This one's in there!

No kleenex, old bath tub with marks, Loud noise for people passing the room, the wall not built for sound proof.

We stayed in room 258 which had a neighbor room. The neighbors were loud on the first night. We had to put a towel under the door to block the noise. The front door had spaces between the door and frame where air could come through so you can hear outside noise. The comfort of the bed was okay. The pillow was old, when you lay your head, you can feel the stuffing break apart. The bathroom was filthy. The shower curtain was molded. The frame around the toilet paper dispenser had thick dust around it. The room was old. You can tell they were not trying to fix it up. The only good thing about it is that it's close drive to Disney world and souvenir shops. The lady who checked us in was rude, she never once smiled. She did not make me feel welcome.

First off this is for the tower rooms. The rooms are dated but the beds are super comfortable. The location is great with plenty of food choices close by. They do have an amazing breakfast buffet for only $10 a person. All in all if you arent picky about minor cosmetic details you'll find a comfortable bed and clean room.

This hotel room itself was very nice, but the bathroom smelled like urine when we entered it. In addition the shower was HORRIBLE! The lobby was superb almost like you were walking into a 4 or 5 star hotel, but when you enter the room, it was clear that it was a 2.5 star. I would probably not want to stay there again.

I've recently stayed at this hotel for a family vacation. I started to notice bites on my daughter and I. I played it off thinking we were getting bit from the outside. BOY WAS I WRONG. We had fleas in our room and the hotel staffed later found them. We were bit over 50 times all over our body. Never will I stay at this hotel again.

good for the price. probably worth it to move up to the new building instead of the cheap rooms in back.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a Disney trip. it was clean and comfortable for the price. We ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and it was good. I had some waffle with my bacon. They offer shuttle services to the parks, however they leave a little late for my taste. I would stay again.

First night door had to be repaired by maintenance. Would not engage to allow door to open. Two other nights had to have keys reprogrammed. Maintenance said they were transitioning to proximity keys. Guess it is time to change room 0330 to a proximity lock. There was a chemical smell in the room that went away for a few days and seemed to come back. Pillows are very small but the bed is extremely comfortable. Staff was great anytime we interacted with them. Night maintenance man was very talkative and polite while fixing the door. Housekeeping obviously did not use a vacuum while cleaning. There was a piece of a sugar packet that was on the floor for at least four days. Overall stay was not bad because of the attentiveness of the staff.

Nice facility, nice pool area. Gift shop and deli were nice

Affordable, close to Disney, friendly staff, but this hotel is in desperate need of a makeover.

Just needed a place to crash for a couple of nights. Found their advertised rate, which was better than reasonable. Room was pretty good. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but still comfortable. Bonus - If you're on the street side of the hotel, you can see most of the Disney nightly fireworks from your room.

IS OK TO JUST WENT TO SLEEP, BREAKFAST CHARGED AT $10 BY PERSON

I had stayed in other Ramada hotels earlier, but this is very disappointing experience. A few reasons for my rating are : The cot was almost broken, the lights didnt work, the rest room was not very clean, the room was suffocating, the room ambience was terrible, many power outlets dont work, the water in the sink had a oily layer which I didnt feel like using for brushing as well, the bar staff always will nobody ever come to the bar, the bar tender will come to you only when there is a break on the TV program he is watching. Over all a horrible experience.

I enjoyed my stay for the price, the bathroom & vanity was a bit awkward because they only used one door. This someone can't be in the bathroom while using the vanity to get ready or brush their teeth at the same time. I appreciated that our room had a mini fridge and that the staff was very friendly. Overall it was a decent stay and would return if I'm on a budget.

Very sorry to read that you were not satisfied with the hotel. I am not sure how to address all of the issues so it best to say thanks for letting us know. I guess rating a 1 out of 5 tells the story.

Don't love the term "cheap", we like "value priced" much better. Be aware that the coupons, while available often, are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.... don't expect us to honor the coupon rate during busy demand times. We will offer an alternate rate when we can.
