Recent guest reviews

Upon arrival we noticed many men smoking outside and didn’t think much of it. We opened the room it smelled like smoke. The carpet had filthy spots all over abs then there roaches on the wall. I went back to the office and didn’t stay there. It is NOT A HOTEL, it is a MOTEL!

The property was one of the worst I've been in. Ceiling wasn't finished. I had to connect the TV. Found good wrappers. Hole on the bottom of the wall.

It was temporarily closed but Orbitz sold me rooms anyway!!! Very unethical. They were redoing the entire property as it has been bought by new owners. Only 4-5 unlucky people were there, having been duped by Orbitz/knights Inn with online reservations. I have photos of how broken down and dirty my room was.

Price I liked, definitely could of been a lot nicer if grounds were cleaned better daily, barrels were always full. Papers and debri in grass no shrubs or flowers. Could be a lot nicer with a little effort.

The room needs renovating. The carpet was old and gross looking. The wifi didn't work. The linens weren't nice, had stains and made my question if they clean. When I turned on the water to brush my teeth, gray colored water came out of the faucet and the same with the shower. There was towels but no wash clothes in the bathroom area. Over all it isn't the best quality for lodging. We went cheap and I guess we got our money's worth for cheap.

You get what you pay for......... terrible showerhead....... safety lock not attached to door very well....... tiny pillows......... towel limit ??

The only thing I like is the price the room was disgusting and had bugs everywhere and if I didn’t have to fly so early in the morning I would have definitely left and gotten my money back! I’m very disappointed with the Overall condition and cleanliness of the room and the worst part is the bugs which are disgusting! Needless to say I’m not going to be coming back to this place

I liked the attitude of employees. Not necessarily my usual kind of hotel but room is clean n have a microwave n fridge.bed not bad. Totally worth the money also can walk to 711 n food places. Room should keep menus inside tho. N breakfast is only cofee juice n donuts

I don't recomend this property to anyone, it is more scary than Halloween's Horror Nights at Universal.

The property is only 10 min away from magic Kingdom Park

2 guests one towel. Was just a bed to sleep in. Floor was sinking in towards bathroom. Better than sleeping in the car I guess.

Shouldn't advertise continental breakfast since it was mini donuts and orange juice.

Arrived in the middle of the night dead tired to a room that had not been serviced. Bathroom was dirty, smelly and dirty sheets. Dirty carpet and broken faucets. Total disaster to deal with at 2 am.

I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel.
