The owner Scott was the nicest man! Our reservation was messed up but they accommodated our family of 6! Which included our 91 year uncle! The front desk was very polite and extremely patient!! The manager Chris was so very nice and helpful! Made our stay like a vacation. Even though we were battling Hurricane Irma, they treated us extremely well! I would go back for vacation anytime!!

The room was okay , the bed sheets were dirty the towels had all hair on it , we couldn't take a shower because inside and outside were rusted and the water was liking the all the time , I won't go there again even though it was close where i was .

Hotel was waking distince to a few gift shops and also places to eat as traffic was horrific the main down fall was pool wasn't very clean had several leaves and twigs otherwise hotel was nice

My stay there was very nice... it was clean and comfortable, and very close the the beach. I would definitely recommend staying there if you plan on being in the Tampa area.. You wont be dissappointed. It reminds me of a little cute apartment, i definitely plan on staying at Baymont when i am in Tampa.

We had a good experience in the inn. Our room was quite comfortable, albeit a little bit shabby; Nonetheless you get what you pay for. There's an outdoor pool that opens until late at night, and the employees were very hospitable. From the hotel, it takes you about 10 minutes to Disney World. 20 for Universal Studios.

I choose this hotel because it had free breakfast. Except for the cereal, nothing was eat-able. Felt like throwing up after eating omlette and bread. The room was decent and they had lift, which is a big plus if you have elders or if you have lots lof luggage. Price is good for the proximity to all attractions and decent rooms.

The hotel had a very nice lobby, the nicest part of the hotel. The room overall was okay. The carpet had not been vacuumed but was otherwise okay. Unfortunately, the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The bathtub faucet had a steady stream of a drip as evidenced by the permanent rust stain. For the duration of our stay, the toilet tissue holder was falling off the wall and there was only one working light bulb in the bathroom. Overall, I was quite disappointed in this facility.

So close to all the parks, but very great price. Room and pool were nice. Same food for breakfast every day, could have used some variety. Very friendly staff. Nice to come back to a cozy room after a long day in the parks.

I would stay there again. It is really close to the Disney parks. The staff are very friendly! The rooms were clean, I did notice they change your sheets everyday! The buffet is alright. We did get tired of eating it! We probably ate breakfast out half of the time. It would be nice if they could change the menu once in awhile.

I've been staying here at least once a year since 2010. The hotel has changed hands a couple times, but maintains a fabulous staff, excellent breakfast, terrific shuttle service, and clean rooms. Plus, now that Uber is allowed to drop off and pick up in the parks, the ride to animal kingdom is usually around $6!

Room full of roaches the first night. Room was sprayed the next day, but roaches came out crawling everywhere. Was assigned a different room, and no more roaches. Prevention would have been key in a hotel at full capacity. Why do they allow taking breakfast food away from the dining area? No AC in the gym, or towels, water, maintenance. Carpet in room is outdated. Refrigerator "froze" my food, and lost some items for that reason. After maintenance fixed it, the refrigerator still was very high, almost like a freezer. Supposed to have free long-distance and local calls, but phone is not set up. Room is spacious, linens are ok, pillow sizes and shapes to choose from. TV is big. Housekeeping is helpful. Problems with key card twice, but maintenance came in rather fast to fix. A car was broken into at around 10:00 in a darker area in the rear parking lot. Since hotel was full, parking was scarce and poorly illuminated in areas further away from the lobby. Police took long time to come, and hotel didn´t provide any assistance.

Dirty hallways, trash all over, not covered hallways, dirty and in bad condition bathtub. It looks like a Motel 6

Overall, it was quite good, but the bathroom had a bit of a moldy smell and cleaning service never picked up the phone. We had to call the front desk for toilet paper and pillows.

Close to Disney, shopping and restaurants. Only had the breakfast once...not too impressed. They don't want the breakfast taken back to the rooms, given my situation, and the need for my son's medical care and that is what works best for us. Also privacy curtains needed in the rooms... at night folks can see into the rooms when lights or TV are on.

We stay during a week in the hotel, the breakfast was the same. The menu was limited. I found a cockroach in the shower and there were spider webs at the door and windows frames.

herrible room !

it was very nice..and very close to the beach.

My stay there was very nice... it was clean and comfortable, and very close the the beach. I would definitely recommend staying there if you plan on being in the Tampa area.. You wont be dissappointed. It reminds me of a little cute apartment, i definitely plan on staying at Baymont when i am in Tampa.

decent hotel. bad breakfast
