I loved everything. The food was pretty goodbye other places I’ve been before.

The property was very well maintained and beautiful

Great beachfront, great people, very relaxing atmosphere

The worst part of the trip was the service in the dining areas/bar. Aside from a few nice people the staff just doesn’t seem to care, and it’s hard to track someone down to get something as simple as a cup of hot water. Also, don’t expect drinks with your meals at the buffet (not sure about the speciality restaurants we gave up on asking), once in a while you’ll get someone who’s willing to go to bar to get you a cocktail/cappuccino, but otherwise they’re only willing to get you a soda or beer, which you can get yourself (and they prefer that you do) since it’s right there. Additionally, the food was repetitive, even when trying out their speciality restaurants, it all got sickening by day 3.

The food was excellent for an all inclusive and providing large volume quantities. The buffet and a nice variety and the special of the night was always delicious. We loved the ability to sail, kayak, paddleboard and paddle boat for no extra charge as frequently as we wanted. Being able to have great snorkeling right out of the beach was amazing. Pools were in great condition; however some of the exterior hotel buildings had some black mold and spotty painting. I'm assuming they are in a transition with the new construction occurring on the property and will tie things together once complete.

Hot water was a major issue. Went from extremely cold to scalding hot within seconds. Might return after they do their renovation in April.

We had a great experience at this property. We love the ocean and it was absolutely beautiful there. The food was ok, they had a lobster night at the buffet one night which was great, our favorite place was the gourmet restaurant that had the most delicious duck confit i’ve ever had. The Jerk Hut on the beach was very good, however we didn’t not like The Asian restaurant. The resort is pretty clean, the staff was good, too. The drinks were kinda sugery and the house wine wasn’t great. The bottled wine at the dinners was great tho. Overall, we liked our stay there.

the situation of the whole place was excellent .staff could not have been more friendlier and accommodating.

Everything was close to the room. The staff was very courteous and the entertainment was outstanding. The food was delicious. Every place to eat had great choices!

Great property fun atmosphere.. only complaint is that the walls are paper thin you can hear everything

Right on the beach. No vendors on the beach selling you stuff. Stay on the deluxe side, closer to the beach. Some staff was very good and happy. Others act like they hate working. I think the Jamaican people are very laid back , almost to a fault. Only work because need of money. Don’t like working at all. But we still had a good time. Nice resort

Nice hotel but need rennovations and staff was rude at times

This place is terrible! It's definitely a 2.5 star hotel and not a 4 star. Also, what they consider to be all-inclusive is questionable. I would give more details but orbitz won't let me. Moral of the story is stay somewhere else and don't book with orbitz.

If you're looking for a party and don't mind smoke, you'll probably love it. If you're a non-smoker and looking for quiet relaxation you may want to consider somewhere else.

The grounds were well maintained and clean. Pleased with the food overall and the staff did a nice job of keeping everything stocked. Jerk Hut on the beach was a daily go to for lunch. The beach was nice but could be very crowded at times. Receptionist at check in wasn’t the most welcoming but not a huge deal. The only thing that kept this from a five-star rating was the entertainment was lacking. The pool party was a good time and the 2 beach parties were fun (New Years Eve party was great). The shows at night were mediocre and the daily entertainment on the beach was poor with very little participation. We had a a great time overall.
