The hotel was in a pretty good location, about 3 miles away from the Barclays Center where we were to see a concert. The attendant at the front desk did call a taxi for us, but overall he was difficult to work with and acted pretty clueless. He could not refer us to anywhere for food or parking. Speaking on behalf of everyone not from New York, it is a lot to take in and some help is obviously appreciated and expected if they would like returning customers.

My experience was ok, except that had to pay a extra bucks because i had a friend with me who was simply a visitor. Staff was nice and my room was clean include a very low speed enternet wifi.

Clean quiet smelt like hot Great access to microwave and fridge

I arrived here since may 29 till june 20 and the stay was great helpful staff

NOT only this place smells the worst, terrible location!!! I got there they checked me in I went right back to front desk and they MADE me pay for first night!!! After 3 mins check in!!! WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN!!! I travel a lot all over the world not even in 3 world countries you can find places like that !!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!

The room was rather small, the walls are rather thin and public transportation to the city is not as close as I would've liked for it to have been. However, the staff is really nice and efficient and the room was comfortable for a nights stay.

Room was not very clean and seemed old. The sheets were stained, and the furniture was worn and damaged. There were hairs all over the bathroom.

This hotel served my basic need for a one night stay in Brooklyn. Room was comfortable, complementary breakfast was satisfactory. I would stay there again.

The experience was really good. The room was clean it looked just like the pictures. The staff was very hospitable and the complimentary breakfast was very satisfying. I would definitely stay here again.

They don't give you clean towels. All the towels were dirty. They look brown and not white.

Was visiting NYC from Canada. Hotel was kind of small, and the location was right next to the highway. So a lot of noise and there is nothing to do once you walk out of the hotel. The room decor was okay, kind of small if you have 4 people in a room. I expected a sleep in to be a lot cheaper than what we paid. overall, it's cheaper than staying in manhattan.

- garbage collection was quite noisy in the early morning - safe parking is a big plus

Surprised to find such a nice motel in a commercial/industrial neighborhood. Clean, efficient room. Nice breakfast. Safe place to park my car in the city.

The hotel was in the boondocks and could do better Maintenance in the rooms.( Not saying the rooms were disgusting)Besides that it was overall good.

IT WAS OK...GENTALMAN AT FRONT DESK WASNT SO PLEASENT. HE WORKED 8PM-8AM.. BUT OVER ALL IT WAS A NICE HOTEL.

the hotel provides good breakfast, and friendly service while just the position is a little far from Mahatton, and the nearest subway station is 10 minutes away on walk

bad location, clean room

It was not good and I want my money back

Very clean, we just slept there. Nice place for the money.

Very clean, newly refurbished rooms, breakfast. Staff was cold at best & rude in the tiny breakfast area. Location is good if you are traveling to Brooklyn (which we were) but i wouldn't recommend it if you are just going to NYC. Overall, the best value we could find in Brooklyn, clean & safe.
