Tourism TripThe Chatwal was incredible. After spending the entire day in the hustle and bustle of the city it was heavenly to come back to the calm, clean quiet of the Chatwal.

Good except tiny bathroom!I know its easy to focus on the negative but the bathroom was unusually small for a luxury hotel. Otherwise, everything as great - location, facilities, cleanliness, service and staff was among the best I have experienced.

One of NYC's premier hotelsI've stayed in almost all the five star hotels in the world. I know that sounds ridiculous. But it's true. Langham Place belongs in the upper echelon. One of my favorite NYC hotelsThe location cannot be better. Walking distance to Central Park and many wonderful restaurants and interesting sightseeing places. Much less chaotic than hotels around time square area. Lobby is great for meeting people. Free morning coffee and tea ( however, you have to be there before 9:20 AM). ...

Business HotelierI chose this property between 6 Forbes 5 star hotels in NYC. The hotel is great. the service phenomenal however too pricey for the size of room and also needs a little painting issues. I think is a 600-700 hotel room not 1,000 or more the value is just not there.
