Nice and spacious rooms, friendly and bilingual professional staff, is close to shops, attractions, train and restaurants

Loved the facility and staff! Staff was pleasant, willing to help and answer questions. They were accommodating with us.

A regular Marriott, met expectations, especially for New York City.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful with all questions regarding transportation, things to do and where to find starbucks. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Close to subways and trains. Worth the money and would stay again! Only con was no room service and destination charge usage. Loved the bus passes that were included.

Good place to stay. All Staff was helpful. Thank you.

I was given a $25 voucher and was told it would deduct from my room service fees and it never was

Loved the convenience to so many sights in Brooklyn. In walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. The service was great!

Perfect stay friendly stuff very pleasant amenities

I didn't like the fact that the cost of parking was extremely high at $50. Some of the hotel staff were rude in the way they requested the showing of my door key to prove I was staying there. I do appreciate the security but not the way they went about asking for the key because there was no greeting before requesting the key.

Loved the room, bed, bathroom. The food was expensive and not great. It’s nyc! If you charge $25 for a bowl of pasta, make it good!

When I first arrived, I was told they didn’t have the king bed room that I booked. So I would need to take a double. The staff was very apologetic and gave me great incentives for not having the room. Great hotel in my opinion!!

Excellent hotel in a very central location in Brooklyn.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. Highly recommend this location.

Nice, but a little pricey. Their new destination fee is a misleading rip-off.

This was our second stay at the Brooklyn Marriott . We returned because we had an enjoyable stay on the last ocassion. However , this time our stay was not enjoyable. We had a late check in which the hotel was aware of because we did email them in advance . When we got there they could not find us a room and tried to give us something else which we did not book. It took a while to finally find us one then the front desk clerk said to us we have upgraded you which was not the case. The refrigerator and bathroom were dirty but was cleaned the following day. Also one of the bath towels had someone else’s hair in it. Not an enjoyable stay this time around!!
