The staff was courteous and fine. My concern was that we went to check in and waited 40 minutes because there was no staff at the front desk to check in with, and found out they were at the airport picking up pilots and we waited all this time, and no one would check us in, and they stated, "they will be with you shortly", shortly is not 40 minutes. We just drive almost 3 hours to get here and waiting this long was not acceptable. We love the hotel and come here to stay, and this was the first time something like this occurred.

Parking was safe and easy. Restaurants and bar onsite are very good but pricey. The breakfast options are limited; not good quality and costly for what’s offered. You can get better options at a Starbucks. It would be nice if complimentary coffee & water were made available.

I would not stay here again nor recommend it. The room lighting is sparse - no bedside lights, no desk lamp. The one standing lamp in my room is broken and the front desk was like "oh we don't have a replacement" - useless. Sitting in the dark with two strange wall sconces. On a highway. Advertised a free included breakfast but that was false advertising, Luckily there is a nearby Cracker Barrel!

Beautiful hotel! The bathroom was stunning. However, the shower body wash dispenser was empty, which I didn’t discover until I was in the shower. I was disappointed that there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. If in the area again, I will stay at the hotel.

Property is beautiful, however the carpets need a deep cleaning the hallway carpet is filthy and tattered see photos, The elevator carpet is black with grime. Stayed here many times in the past but some maintenance of the place needs attention, clearly visible debris and string and paint chips and wall paper separation are clear signs that management is not addressing the most basic tennant of a clean property For close to $200 a night the experience is more of a motel 6 at this point- a shame, hope they make corrections.

It was fine

Staff was awesome. Bed was not that great. Woke up sore and stiff. Bathroom in the room was very nice. This is close to the airport. The carpet in the hallways going to the room needed a good cleaning. It worked for one overnight on our way to Niagara Falls.
