Overall good stay. The hotel was updated and clean. Check in was easy. Not overly busy, easy parking and close to where I needed to be. My only real complaint is that the rooms were definitely not very sound proof. My neighboring rooms alarm woke me up at 8:30am due to my being able to hear it through the wall. And I was woken up one night at 1:00am from being able to hear giggling and conversation. It is also right next to a highway so you can hear a bit of road noise. These weren’t huge inconveniences to me but if there was a loud family next door it would have been significantly more noticeable. Otherwise had a fine stay.
Easy to find, very clean, kind staff, breakfast was varied everyday in some way.

The location is terrible. There is no easy source or restaurant for food if you didn't have a car. We flew into Buffalo for a conference, and in the evenings some serious pre-planning was necessary to get dinner or snacks.
Nice place , need to update the pillows though , too soft , besides that just a normal place to stay …
Property and room was clean and well kept. Good location and easy to get to. Good parking options. The front desk girl was not very friendly. Did not welcome us and wanted to focus on all the things that could go wrong (example - our entire checking conversation was about the potential of damage to the room).

Easy access to dining and shopping and expressway . Staff was friendly and very helpful . Clean and quiet and great value at a great price!
We were visiting family and friends in Amherst. The motel was near those we were visiting. We liked the breakfasts that were served. We were well pleased with our stay. Will definitely stay again.
