The breakfast was good but you need to get up early for that. Their stuff were friendly and efficient.
people are friendly and helpful. breakfast can be better
Great location hear a plaza, restaurants, movie theatre, walgreens and public transportation so you don't need a car to get here. The guy at check in is a nice guy. Place was painted so it looks decent on the outside, comfy bed, and has a fridge and microwave w an iron in the room. Never had breakfast Bc I think it's very basic and if rather go to mcdonalds a few buildings down.
Room was just what I needed when I needed it...thank you!
We found that this booking through an online travel agency was not the cheapest rate for hotels in the area. We would have stayed elsewhere if we could have cancelled the reservation. Continental breakfast severely lacking. Bathroom had an odor. Bed was comfortable.
The location was good for us--close to family in Buffalo and not so far from Old Fort Niagara Park where we had a family reunion. The room was less than perfect: bath tub stained, towels very small and flimsy, overcrowded electrical outlets, stained walls--you get the picture. To top it off, the room had somehow been marked for no service so was not cleaned or made up for the second night (even though I had personally spoken with the maid in the morning regarding this). Not a good value all in all,
Convenient to public transportation, restaurants, a grocery store and free parking. Rooms have fridge and microwave. Inside looks better than the outside and they even offer a free breakfast. Free wi fi w passcode .Staff was nice during checkin and u can drop your keys off in a drop box. Great value and better than a motel 6. Not a fan of motels bc of outside noise otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
The inn looks pretty bad and beat up from outside. However, appearances can be deceptive. As the room and bathrooms are kept very clean. There are several eateries around and a supermarket and a movie theatre. Public transportation (Metro) is within walking distance. If you do not intend to spend a lot of time in the room, this is a great place to get out in the morning and come back at night to sleep. But if you get a TV watching person in the next room, and you are sensitive to low level noise, earbuds is a must. Regardless of these minor issues, the place is perfect for visitors to Univ of Buffalo South Campus on budget.
Nightly drunken arguments in various rooms and having to call the police at 2:30 in the morning to end the disturbances are not what I look for in a hotel. Where were the staff? I did not feel at all safe staying here with my daughter. Very basic place, old and grimy.
It is really worth for the money we pay. The room was spacious and overall amenities was very good.
Its steps away from the university's south campus and well connected to public transport. The room was comfortable and had all basic amenities
Room was clean, looks like it was remodeled recently. Flat screen on the wall looked brand new. Outside was a bit dated. It was a bit noisy at night and the wi-fi was a bit weak. Staff was friendly, breakfast was basic but not bad.
My husband and I needed a place to stay near to the Buffalo VA Hospital as we both had procedures schedule on successive days. The hotel turned out to be a little older than I thought, but it was clean and comfortable. It had a microwave and a fridge in it. It is just down the street from the hospital and very convenient to University of Buffalo, South campus. We would stay there again.
The location of the hotel was its most strong side. Also, right next to the inn, there is dunkin donut. So, it was relatively easy to get some fast food as needed. For one night stay, there wasn't such big problem for me.
