I requested twice to have the room cleaned and that we needed clean towels. I spoke to the same price twice and she was not pleasant and seemed to annoyed with my request. She informed me the room would be cleaned as requested. We arrived very late the last day of our stay as we had attended a funeral. When my brother checked the room it had not been cleaned nor were we given clean towel. The only saving grace is the young lady working at the front desk after midnight when we arrived. Apologized and offered to bring towels to our room. She went above and beyong to rectify the situation. She apologized because she not tell me the name of the emplyee whom I spoke wth twice. She explained that she was new and did not know everyone's name. She noted that she would inform the manager of my complaint when they arrived. She advised me that someone would be contacting me regarding this matter. It is two weeks later and I am still waiting. I will reach out to your corporate office since a manager has not contacted regarding thi matter

The hotel is very rundown and needs repairs. Our room looked like they attempted to paint it, but mis matched, old and dingy. The shower ceiling looks like it has been leaking for awhile and has mold showing now. Walls were missing paint and patched in places. Rooms are also very small and pacled with furniture, no room to put bags or anything for 4 people. The breakfast was not great. The same things every day and after 3 days it got very old. Soggy waffles, cold sausage and egg patties. We had to leave to eat elsewhere. I can't even see why im giving 2 stars. The staff was nice and parking was ok. Nothing else.

We visited this location for the night after a Bills game. It was decent driving distance from the stadium (25 minutes with traffic), was quiet, and clean. Good little spot for a quick trip.

The hotel is in a good location, convenient to airport, highway, university area, and Niagara Falls. The grounds and public areas were clean and well maintained; staff was friendly. The room was a mixed bag. It was dated- lots of chips in the furniture and paint. The room was overall clean- no stains on the linens, fresh towels, spotless bathroom. But there was a lingering smell of old cigarette smoke and chemicals used to cover that up. The carpet is old and was likely the culprit for that. The room felt damp. If the hotel removed the old carpeting, it would have been a perfect stay.
