The location is perfect for any shopaholic. Plenty of parking. Hotel was very clean. However, found my unit’s bathroom fan Very noisy and both double beds mattresses were very uncomfortable.

Disappointing.
Disappointed to find out there were no USB ports in the room to charge electronics Disappointed that when we went for a swim swim in the pool, it was beyond dirty We had a problem with food that was delivered so we went to use the vending machine in the hotel, and the electronics were not working on the machine There was only one switch that turned the bathroom, light and fan on together. Anyone who travels with young children can know that a fan and the bathroom is very loud. It would be nice to have the option to leave the fan off at 1:30 in the morning when I’m using the bathroom.

The room was clean, it included a small fridge and microwave, which was handy. It's pet friendly - and yet quiet - we didn't hear any barking during the night. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only negative is the bathroom showed wear & tear - though it was very clean.

It was easy check in and quick, howesver there was alot of people walking around which gave me an uneasy feeling. We also were asked our room number and name in order 2 eat.

Well worn
This hotel is well worn. The drop ceiling in the bathroom is stained with multiple water leaks, the shower head was not adjustable, there is a sprinkler head just above the spot you stand to use the sink and getting changed for the shower I slammed my hand on it…the ceiling is about 7ft max. The breakfast looked average, but then a staff member came in and asked if we wanted the food, because “I’m just going to throw it away”…not exactly a great sales pitch. At 530am a huge coach bus, parked right outside our parking lot view room, fired up and idled for at least an hour before rumbling off. Oh well, we saw our Maple Leafs win against the Sabres, but for the money demanded for the hotel, it was disappointing.
