Embassy Suites Buffalo

inconvenient and expensive parking slow moving staff inconsistent room service max. 3 star hotel. the windows haven't been cleaned for centuries.

My friend and I came up from New York City for my unofficial college reunion. I considered other hotels but the price at the Embassy Suites was comparable to other hotels in the area - but I knew that quality wise it would be a much better choice. It was a great stay - spacious, well designed suites and helpful staff.

Great staff always clean. Evening reception not what I expected. Just nacho chips/veggies and dip

First of all, the hotel met every expectation I had. We stayed in a suite with 2 Queens and a pull out sofa bed, which gave us plenty of room to sleep and relax. Plus, the separate rooms were also fantastic. The bathroom was huge. There was simply a lot of space and that's exactly what we wanted and needed. We looked at other hotels in Buffalo, but none seemed to offer what we could get at Embassy Suites. The complimentary breakfast was so good and the staff did a fantastic job staying on top of everything. The pool as well is very nice and the kids had a wonderful time playing. We will certainly stay at Embassy Suites again. The only item guests need to know prior to booking is that there is no other parking downtown to be had as we asked around prior to stopping, so be prepared to pay for the $18 valet parking. I have paid double this per night in Boston, so I did not think it was terrible, but if unaware it could be an unwelcome surprise. Yet, the benefits offered at Embassy will far outweigh this minor setback. I would rate our stay a five star.

Very nice hotel, beds to soft for my taste but most travelers would probably rate them highly. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy, very unusual these days.

Very comfortable, clean facility. All the employees were very nice and helpful. Cocktail hour and breakfast were very plentiful. Great location for walking to the theater!!

awesome stay great for money, would say best bang for buck. Came here on business and was very satisfied staff was great

Great all suite hotel! Spacious clean rooms in the heart of downtown!

Easy access to property, simple check-in, pleasant staff, food okay but (as per hotels in general, overpriced), bar okay but NO SNACKS!, room spacious, well heated (important in Buffalo), no minibar, so-so in-room coffee, modest toiletries, fast check-out.

Everything was amazing! Loved the Cooked to Order Breakfast! I have never seen such a large breakfast buffet at a hotel! The front desk was so friendly as we were asking how to get to the First Niagara Center to see the Sabres play and she told us about the free train that takes you right in front of the Arena! It was so easy! Although you have to pay for valet service it was very convenient! I will come back!

Whenever we travel to buffalo for shopping, we only stay at embassy suites, can't thinks of anything else

Went for a Pats game and stayed the long weekend. Great hotel with a free buffet breakfast and free drinks. Doesn't get any better.

nice! The service was awesome nice! The service was awesome nice! The service was awesome

Had a very nice stay at the embassy suites happy hour and breakfast was nice

Stayed at Embassy Suites Buffalo while in town for a Bills game. Great location downtown close to the action and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Added Perk - Complimentary Happy Hour! :-)

We got a terrific rate from a travel partner so returned for a fourth or fifth stay. No phone cord from the bedroom phone to the wall but they were prepared to rectify immediately. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was slow but they comped the entire meal and drinks without our needing to complain. Huge rooms, nice bathrooms, good breakfast, especially if you ask for fresh made eggs.

The housekeeping was very slow. When I called down to the front desk for things I needed like towels or whatever it would take hours for them to come with them and I would have to call 2-3 times. Besides that it was a very neat, clean, comfortable hotel. I'll definitely stay again

Only knock is that a $18 valet fee was not made know to us.

Very spacious 2 rooms suites. Friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Valet Parking only ($17), free breakfast included (very crowded).

It was very nice stay at this hotel. They were so nice to us the breakfast was very good. thanks
