Toilets are too low and I prefer to not have an ironing board in the bathroom. The shower is too close to the toilet and prevents bathroom door entrance full access. Rooms are too dark but It was a good price for the late booking.

What stood out to me the most what the staff. I believe they were all men and didn’t dress the part. Clothing was dirty and it smelled. I remember having to ask for my room to be changed due to not feeling safe because the windows didn’t lock and I was on the first floor. Many of the door handles seemed to show that keys could be used to open the door, but I used the safety lock. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel was alright, it served the purpose. I am not sure if it is just a western NY thing or what, but it is the small things. The hotel had an ice machine, but no bucket in the room, there was no do not disturb sign for the door, but other rooms had one on their door. It was clean enough, but it had a bit of a funk to it. My wife is from the area, and we end up there 1-2 times a year, we have yet to find a hotel I would want to stay at again. Location was close to the stadium which is why we chose it, so it was convenient. There were plenty of resturant options nearby.

We were there 4 nights and I was surprised that no one ever came to check and see if we needed clean towels or the garbage collected. Maybe we should have been aware of how to get service, but there wasn't a book in the room with information about the hotel and services.

Signage to enter and exit the property was terrible. On multiple occasions, I had problems figuring out how to access the parking lot. The hotel cannot be seen from the main streets, and signage is small and in the wrong locations. My room was not cleaned, nor were my towels exchanged anytime over a three night stay. I never saw the advertised breakfast. Just a coffee maker in the lobby. Rooms were musty smelling, carpets were dirty, and tiles in the bathroom were loose.

Despite requesting that my two rooms be cleaned, they weren't. The coffee area is horribly dirty, and the front desk staff is very rude. In addition to that, there is not at least one small table where we can share some activity as a group.
