Generously sized and furnished rooms, and responsive staff. Parking was offsite, about 2 blocks away, but modestly priced. The nearby trolley line is convenient, but comes along with the associated noise.
Nice location to everything
Great staff. Especially Byron who helped me park. Orbitz and/or Holiday Inn need to clarify on site parking description. Parking is VERY limited. Less than 6 spots...2 are handicapped and 1 for the hotel general manager.
Great free breakfast, caring staff!
A very subtle lingering smell of cigarettes, perhaps if smoking was ever allowed in the rooms could've been from then. I have a very heightened sense of smell so anyone else could probably barely tell. Besides that, the room was super comfortable, the breakfast had enough variety for a picky eater, and although I didn't bring gear to work out they did have a small exercise room that seemed to be fully equipped. Public transportation near by and the area was walkable. i went to renew my passport and the agency could be seen from the front of the hotel - very convienent! they let me do late check out so I had a place to stay out of the cold during the wait for my passport - perfect!
good location but lots of homeless and noisey right by the light rail
The hotel was nice and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good as well with many options.
This is a very nice hotel that is usually cheaper price-wise compared to the other hotels in the area. The set up in the room allows you to essentially have two separate rooms if you wanted. The only drawback is the offsite parking.
Location is fantastic staff is very friendly and helpful cleanliness need some help on condition of room excellent overall stay four out of five
Clean hotel however we were given one bath towel for our family of four. When I asked for more I was told they were out of towels. Luckily we keep a stash of beach towels in the back of our car and were able to shower.
Liked the nice reception, hotel situated downtown, open breakfast space, spacious suite at a good price, they served breakfast.
Amazing rooms with great staff
very clean, take away breakfast poor choices/nothing hot, coffee from desk not so good (need to get Starbucks blonde roast or caribou coffees), hallways very clean, sanitizer hands available
This is a nice property in downtown Buffalo. Rooms are nice and there are doors that can be used to divide the room in half.
Very nice high-rise building in the city, clean room, great views (saw fireworks over the skyline), friendly and helpful staff, and breakfast to go in the morning.
Very clean, spacious, very friendly, good location
nice place except a little noisy at night, at least my room is a little noisy at night,
