AVOID AVOID AVOID! They won't honor the quoted price. I called twice to verify and confirm my reservation. When I arrived, they mysteriously quadrupled the price! What's worse is the fact that it was midnight, a small child was tending the window, and I was left stranded in NY due to the extravagant price increase. They tried to charge my credit card quadruple the amount that wasn't agreed upon even after I cancelled my reservation with the booking agency. I had to call my bank to mark the charge as fraudulent days later. I drove to Grand Island and found a comparable motel for cheaper than my quoted price! Stay in Grand Island instead. AVOID this place at all costs.
Room was Dirty, Shower was not clean, filth around toilet. We found a dirty diaper under the bed! Paint peeling, holes in the walls, grafetti on bathroom door and ceiling molding. no working smoke detector. Missing deadbolt. Lamp held to wall with duct tape.
Where do I start? Okay, so I was desperate, and when a person is desperate he will do anything. I have gotten back with girlfriends in the past when I was desperate. Well, it was after 11 PM and I was in my car on the streets of Buffalo without a hotel. Buffalo is not Beverly Hills. In fact, Buffalo is more South Bronx than anything else. So, I needed to stay somewhere, anywhere, and I was offered a smoking room here for more money than I thought it was worth, but I needed to sleep somewhere that was not my passenger seat. I arrived and checked in with the family who owned this fleabag hotel. They were nice enough but obviously they are not putting a lot of money or time into making this hotel into a viable business. My room was disgusting, which is a nice word to describe it. The toilet looked filthy and the seat needs to be changed. The towel that was in the bathroom, the one that I was supposed to use to clean myself, looked as if a car mechanic had used it to wipe his dirty hands. There was a clear lipstick stain on the wall. Why anyone would kiss this wall I will never know but why the people who cleaned this wall did not see it makes me really wonder. There was no second lock on the door, which made me think I should push my nightstand against the door just in case. I was really concerned about the cleanliness of the room. Disgusting. I woke up ultra early (around 5:30) and I go the heck out of there. I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever go back to this hotel again. I doubt I will ever go to Buffalo, in fact, as that is another disgusting story.
Despite the poor reviews, I had a great experience there and I'm usually very critical. The only problem I seen was that they could have vacuumed better and not good water pressure in the shower. Other than that, spent 2 nights there in 2 different rooms and had a very comfortable bed to sleep on that was clean. Both rooms were spacious and even had an electric stove to cook on,a microwave, coffee, and a fridge. For all that I got,you couldn't beat the price. Only $61.00. Can't beat that. Very satisfied!! Will stay there again when I get back to this location!!
Very dirty, trick me with higher than the price I booked. someone smoke in the bathroom. Many bug bites resulting from the bed. one conxlusion, lazy and irresponsible management, bed sheet and cover has cigerrette hole. Coffee machine in room is dirty in water compartment. Watch out, do not use them
My fiance and I stayed in a Jacuzzi room for our 4 year anniversary, what a mistake! The room was not cleaned at all even though we were promised that housekeeping did clean it. It was not vacuumed, the bed had food on it, there were holes in the walls, bugs, black mold until the shower, the tub was filthy and full of hair, the mirrors were disguisting, the microwave was dirty, it was just an awful experience. I called the front desk to inform him it was not clean at all, he did not care, and the housekeeper was lazy, and didn't even apologize. We spent an hour cleaning the room ourselves because their housekeeping was terrible. My advice, Don't stay there!!! They over charge you to stay in filthy conditions, I seriously don't understand how they are even in business! Filthy!!!!! They need to be shut down asap!!!
Usually I'm a pretty positive guy about stuff, but this place was awful! The bedding was dirty, the whole room looked unclean, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom and on the bed...my wife nearly cried. It sounds like I'm exaggerating but this place is literally disgusting. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The room we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures.
Overpriced dump. Can't believe they get away with charging what they do. I was in a bind, so I had no choice. Wouldn't take much to fix this place up. But they did have a decent tv. Should be priced at 45$ per night. not $115 on sat.
It is not very poor, But Not very good as well. we can manage there if we dont find any other accomodations. Very small room( 1 Bed Queen size room), Very low ceiling, No extra space even to walk within the room. Not really worth for the amount given.
The room was horrible. A/C did not cool and looked like the front was melted, carpet was wet and super musty, Curtain above A/C was tucked under open window so it would not cover A/C, Bathroom was pure filthy disgusting horror. There was mold in shower and the light above was painted with green paint so darken so you would not see the mold and mildew, Dead bugs and trash in window ledge, dead bugs by toilet paper, toilet did not flush, and and let us not forget the blood on the door by the handle. The safe in the entry closet area was ripped almost all the way out of the wall. Asked for refund within 30 mins of arrival so we could go to another hotel and refund was refused. One ruined anniversary courtesy of Boulevard Inn.
