I am a Hilton Honors member and reserved a FALLSVIEW room only to find out that it was a "PARTIAL" FallsView room. True FallsView would have been ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS PER NIGHT additional. Disorganized check-in. Valet parking ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS Canadian! Housekeeping service ONLY for stays of THREE OR MORE NIGHTS. Disorganized breakfast. NEVER AGAIN!

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Buffalo General. The staff was very helpful and answered all questions we had . They took care of our car and our belongings when we had to be at the hospital so early. Would stay again

Great hotel.

Very nice, very clean hotel right across from the hospital. About 1-2 from Key Bank Arena and the ball field. Would absolutely stay there again for the price point. FYI: it is valet parking (I got it free because I’m a silver member on hotels.com and there isn’t a pool).
