this was a great place to stay last year and probably will go again this year. excellent distance to the mall, Burlington and other shopping. It was a little hard to find but we did find it. it's a pretty average stay. the boys (3 teens) loved the basketball court.

I have stayed at this location many times however this will be the last until renovations are done. The hotel is showing wear & tear and needs a refresh badly. The sofa was stained, worn out & when the sofa bed was opened there was a bunch of food on the floor under it. When I let them know at the front desk the next morning they said you should have called us & we would have looked after it, well it was midnight so that wasn't an option. The sofa bed mattress is completely worn out and only comfortable if you like to feel the springs poking you. The mattress on the queen bed is also worn out & needs to be replaced. You sink into the arm chair because it is worn out and you also sink into the chairs at the table. The bedding bag for the sofa bed only contained one sheet, I had to go to the desk for another, but first I had to wait for the dryer to finish so I guess they don't have a sufficient supply of linens for the hotel. The shower curtain was hanging by only a couple of the rings, I had to rehang some so that it could be used. Opened the cupboard to get a glass and there was only 1 non stemmed glass & I didn't look any further in the cupboards. This used to be one of my preferred places to stay in the area but I will not stay again until I know renovations have been made. And Jim at the front desk went on & on about how lucky we were that he was checking us in before the posted check in time. Really? That became annoying, any other hotel checks you in if the room is ready without making it sound like they're doing you a big favour.

I spent 12 nights here and had no complaints. It is amazingly quiet for the location, it had tons of restaurants, etc. nearby, and the access to the highway is super easy. Was the carpet fading in places? Yeah, maybe. But his place is really all I need with an equipped kitchen and friendly staff. The breakfast bar was quite good as well.

This was my first choice for hotels in the Buffalo area - however it is getting a little rundown, badly in need of refurbishing. The staff are still friendly and helpful, but it just doesn't feel or look as clean as it should. The beds were great, they are now lumpy.

I've stayed at many nice hotels all across the U.S. and this ranks right up there as one of the nicest. We had a one bedroom was a spacious room with a sleeper sofa, chair, desk, dining table for two, 2 TVs and a kitchen which included a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, under the cabinet microwave, lots of kitchen cabinets and of course a coffee maker. The location is great...near other hotels and private and right off I90. The room was very clean, the hotel is very modern and they have a nice indoor pool, hot tub and fitness room. They also have an outdoor seating area with a grill and tennis and basketball court. The location is great! You can walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Target is right across the street and it's so close to the Galleria mall. The staff was awesome. The manager Mike runs this hotel by the books, which I very much appreciate. He's concerned about the security and safety of his guests and showed that a couple times during our weekend stay. Every morning they have a nice breakfast with many choices including a few hot items like scrambled eggs, sausage etc. I highly recommend this hotel and can't recommend it enough. It's so nice here, we don't want to leave.

Stayed here for 3 nights and the stay was very good. Jim made us feel very welcome when we checked in and took really good care of us. Really liked the location of our room. Location was great close to the Galleria Mall with really good shopping and restaurants. Was very delighted to see they had gluten free muffins during breakfast. That was a real plus. Only area of improvement was that even though the hotel is non smoking, and there are no smoking signs in the different entrances, there are ashtrays there and people come out to smoke.

Stayed here many times but my last visit was disappointing. Staff needs a Marriott Tune-Up. Prior to check-in I called the hotel and was greeted in a very "non-Marriott" way. I spoke to sales manager about it. Upon check-in I find my roof preferences were not considered. I prefer a high floor. Gives a first floor room. had massive trouble with keys stopping to work. Nothing like arriving at your hotel room door with parcels only to finds out your keys no longer work. Happened twice on a 2-day stay. Staff seemed very flippant about it. Response was "Oh, that happens a lot!". Management needs to look in the mirror and ask themselves if their staff training can be improved. Will be looking for an alternative Marriott nearby on next trip.

Stayed for one night while attending a tournament. Checked in was great with friendly service. The room was clean and ready to go. No issues and it why I stay at Marriotts. This one definitely meets the definition of Marriott. Great hotel great people and I will definitely visit again the next time I need accommodation in the Buffalo, NY area.

We spent three nights at this hotel and except for some excessive noise from the nearby airport our stay was great! The staff is friendly and accommodating and the room was clean and spacious. The only difficulty I experienced was despite having the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door the cleaning person did not knock. Instead, she would just enter my room unannounced while I was in there! This was not acceptable and although she apologized it happened more than once.

Good location, next to a mall and many restaurants and stores. Decent and cost effective hotel if you do not want to stay in Niagara Falls (30 mins away). This is an extended stay type place. I was there to visit husband working on a contract job.
