I am a Hilton Honors member and i was a little skeptical about Buffalo Airport Hotel before my stay. After my stay at Buffalo Airport Hotel, I am no longer skeptical, i would rather stay at the Buffalo Airport Hotel over the Hilton brand hotels. The courtyard is beautiful, the property is well maintained, but the best overall experience was with the staff, the staff is great from housekeeping to front desk. I give Buffalo Airport Hotel 2 thumbs up and will defintelty be staying there my next time in Buffalo. Also a special thanks to Deb at front desk. I left an entire drawer of clothing in one of the drawers after i checked out. Deb gathered my clothing and shipped them to me via UPS to my home in Texas. I just love the Buffalo Airport Hotel! Thomas

The only pro was the location to everything we planned to accomplish. Stayed 3 nights, almost walked out as soon as we entered the room. Dirty disgusting carpet, picture window was full of hand prints and head prints, yes I said head prints. Had to keep the shade 3/4 down, just so we didn't have to look at the gross window. If a maid cleaned this room before we arrived, she had to be blind !!! We did not spend much time on the property, but when we arrived late each night, it seemed normal to have several people lurking the the hallways. Loud guests, slamming doors, not a place to be if you would like any rest.. Expedia rated this place at an 8.1. What a joke ! will never trust them or book a room from them again.

Stayed at this property for a night before an early morning flight from Buffalo airport. The staff were helpful and the rooms were decent. There's a decent gym on premises and it's attached to a restaurant. The best part about this hotel was the shuttle service that was included for free. I recommend this place if you need to fly out of Buffalo.

The hotel needs updating, the lobby is mediocre at best. Check in was fine. We had called to make sure there was parking, at check in we were told there wasn’t, we said we had called and all of the sudden there was parking. The elevator is tiny and slow. The hall ways? Big no. Dated, smelt, carpet looked disgusting. The room was not much better. Dirt everywhere, hair on the sink and toilet, the furniture looked like it came from the side of the road. The photos online must be of the two rooms they have remodeled. No way would I stay here again.
