Thanks so much! This was our 3rd time staying here. We love it. They give you free rides to and from the airport! They have the best Belgian waffles too!. They provide free shuttle service to the Walden galleria mall. We used the free business center to print our tickets to the Bills game. They even let us check in early, as we arrived from LA, around 10:30am. Thus hotel has everything you need! It's awesome
We stayed at the hotel prior and after driving to Toronto, Montreal and Quebec City. We didn't spend too much h time sightseeing since it's the 3 times we visit the Niagara falls. The night shift front office manager is very helpful and the airport shuttle is so Convenient.
We were a large party with a wide age range (1 to 70 years old and in betweens). This was the perfect place for us. It was About 20-25 min away from Niagara Falls. We loved that it was right across the mall and also in the same plaza with cabela's and Burlington and a nice variety of restaurants. Very close to the airport. It was quiet at night which was good for the young and the old in our group. Nice breakfast as well and very friendly staff. Thank you for making our stay nice and comfortable.
This is a great place to stay. The price is fair, the hotel is incredibly clean, and the staff is amazing. The breakfast they give you is absolutely incredible - breakfast sandwiches, eggs, bacon, cereal, etc. I wasn't expecting much but when I got there, I could not believe how nice the room and hotel was. The pool is heated and everything is kept in pristine condition. The beds are comfortable and the showers are awesome! The only problem I saw the entire stay was with a family with 8-10 kids who were acting like animals breaking gym equipment, taking over the pool and generally acting like savages. I am not sure there was much the hotel staff could have done, but it would have been nice to see security step in and stop the hoard of kids from ruining things for everyone else. Otherwise, great hotel. I will stay there again!
Very comfortable pull out bed. Nice and clean with fridge and real glasses. We will stay there again next year.

The hotel is very convenient and cozy. It's new and has everything for comfort. Big size room, big bathroom, very good kitchen. Breakfast is very good too
