Our experience was mixed. The room layout with 2 bedrooms plus living area was the perfect layout for us. The breakfast was good overall, with a good variety of options. Staff was courteous and accommodating overall.
However, besides the layout, we also chose the hotel because of the pool. But the pool was closed for repairs. The front desk staff our first day there could not tell us when it would be available to use--like whether it was likely to be closed for a day, or weeks, or anything. The front desk staff on the second day told us the same thing, but also told us that the pool at the hotel next door was available to Staybridge Suites guests. That was nice, but it seemed like communication from management to staff just wasn't consistent.
Also, the milk from the machine our first breakfast there was somewhat sour.
So, with the mix of experiences it rates average.
