Room was outdated, the showers weren’t working properly everything was leaking, the bed frame was ripped, the heater was making so much noise that I couldn’t fall asleep, and plus the workers at the reception weren’t too helpful with helping finding the room and instead gave the biggest attitude.

Lobby was beautiful. Telephone didn't work. Repairman came up to the room immediately and fixed the phone. Room service didn't answer so we had to get breakfast outside. Very inconvenient.
