Saskia at the front desk was amazing!

Saskia at the front desk was phenomenal! She helped me get a car and a good deal to JFK and spent a lot of time helping me with this. I was really appreciative of this and she should be commended. She was really friendly and welcoming. Very needed after a stressful week of travels!!

Lovely Hotel

Awesome staff. Nice clean room and bathroom with fresh towels and linens will definitely stay again. The property is beautifully updated the best part of our stay was the fresh made to order omelettes and fresh made buffet style breakfast. Place was an A plus for us.

I had a great 4-day stay at the Crowne Plaza in a standard king-bed room! The room was clean, fresh, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. The room service was excellent, with prompt and courteous staff attending to all my needs. It was definitely worth the money. If you're looking for a good place to stay at a reasonable price and within a 45-minute to 1-hour drive to Times Square (depending on traffic), this is your best pick. Highly recommend!
