It was a great experience. It was 4 degrees outside and was able to enjoy the indoor pool. The lobby was really cold during that time but once you get in to your room it was nice and toasty. I feel like room could be cleaner. The carpet needs to be vacuum properly. But overall, it was a nice place to stay

I really like this place. It’s where I like to stay when I’m in town. Beds are comfortable and I sleep like a baby. The staff is friendly. Check in and check out are easy. 3 small downsides: The breakfast is no longer complimentary, occasionally housekeeping skipped my room when I stayed later in the day and once the WiFi went out. But mostly an easy, comfy and convenient stay.

Room was great, however if you plan on taking your own devices it can be a problem. I took my Xbox however there was no sound playing from tv even though everything was hooked up fine. Hotel accommodated me by giving me a different room and I did not have the same issue, so I am grateful for that. The only other issue I had is, there was not a microwave in my room and the only other microwave available was in the main lobby. Other than that my stay was terrific.

we have stayed at Hyatt places a number of times before... this exact location and numerous others in Boston, Cincinnati, Florida... and never had to pay to park or pay for the buffet breakfast. We paid $269+ per night and just seems like asking to pay a $10 fee /day to park and $11pp for the buffet lessens the experience.
