Superficially on the surface, it appears to be much nicer than it is. The bathtub was chipped, the phone handset didn't work, and even the AC outlet console for plugging in electronics did not work and was pulled away from the wall. The property is definitely convenient.

The staff is excellent… friendly, responsive, professional. Yun in the restaurant is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! So friendly, efficient and welcoming. The breakfast is good, many choices. I understand the hotel is older and it does need a little bit of TLC. The AC worked very well however, the Wi-Fi was really slow and spotty. I can’t imagine business people can actually work from their hotel room. Our sink was cracked, and just overall the place needs a little bit of a facelift. We would definitely stay here again as the staff were just lovely and we are right across the street from Whole Foods, which was a huge plus.
