Property is okay. Nothing grand. At 11pm the fire alarm went off throughout the hotel. Only a few people took it seriously, others stayed in their room and didn’t bother to even check if it was real. Turned out someone was smoking in their room and it went off.
We had the best frint desk person John. He helped us at check in, figuring out uber and just going above and beyond to help and answer questions we had.

Hyatt provided a beautiful, calm and comfortable hotel experience. Everything was excellent. My only disappointment was that they don't recycle, and the breakfast buffet is full of single-use plastic and things that could be recycled.
The free breakfast was terrible! Plastic plates and utensils! The food was stale. Not up to par for a Hyatt!

Dear Anonymous, I am so sorry for your experience at the hotel. We normally outside of COVID would have our plates and utensils that are not plastic. Our food is wrapped and fresh. We will make sure to double check. We are striving to get back to normally and completely understand your frustration. We hope to see you again soon.
