It was a great experience. It was 4 degrees outside and was able to enjoy the indoor pool. The lobby was really cold during that time but once you get in to your room it was nice and toasty. I feel like room could be cleaner. The carpet needs to be vacuum properly. But overall, it was a nice place to stay

I like this hotel a lot. It's convenient, cozy and warm. Right near great shopping (restaurants and retail). The water pressure is good, and the staff is friendly. The bed is comfortable. But, two things were challenging on this trip. 1) Housekeeping skipped the room on TWO days of this trip. I was leaving the room late, but asked the front desk to alert housekeeping and spoke to a housekeeper in the hall on our floor about our room. They still missed it. 2) There's a QR code that was in the room on day 1 to leave a tip for the cleaning staff. When our room was cleaned on the day before we left, housekeeping removed the QR code. (I've seen this happen before) - it's annoying. The front desk didn't have a replacement. (I still tipped, but it was more challenging).

I really like this place. It’s where I like to stay when I’m in town. Beds are comfortable and I sleep like a baby. The staff is friendly. Check in and check out are easy. 3 small downsides: The breakfast is no longer complimentary, occasionally housekeeping skipped my room when I stayed later in the day and once the WiFi went out. But mostly an easy, comfy and convenient stay.
