Was moved 3x to different rooms due to molds in the bathroom. The room size is decent but it’s not noise proof and you can hear everything. Breakfast is decent but if you’re serving the same thing every morning, it gets tiring.

Great location for a quick drive to the Buffalo waterfront(Canalside). Also good for an early visit to the American side of Niagara Falls. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was well managed and room was very quiet at night. Rooms were a little dated but very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
