There was a quick and friendly check in. Jennifer at the front desk upgraded us to a room where my 5 year old could swim because she loves the pool. The room service is also excellent with the Buffalo favorites that we love to have when we visit. Great stay!

My sister and I chose Melinnium hotel since it was close to the Airport and Niagra Falls. It was also one of the hotels recommended by Orbitz. I booked this vacation package 4 months in advance. I called the hotel one week before our arrival, and made sure that our room and our shuttle from airport to the hotel was arranged. I was told via phone that all we need to do was call the hotel as soon as our flight arrives. I called the hotel at 0600am and the man ( I cannot call him a gentleman because he was not) that answered the phone was very rude. The first thing he said was are you calling to get a room, and I told him that my sister and I need a transportation to their hotel, and yes, we had booked a room 4 months ago at their facility. He told me that they don't have a room. They are all booked. First of all, I told him that we had arranged this 4 months ago, we are coming from out of town and for him to tell us that there is no room available when we had already paid for a seven day stay was not acceptable. He told me to call Orbitz. At this point, I didn't want to get upset because my sister and I had waited a long time to get our schedule together so we can have a vacation and see Niagra Falls. I then asked him if I can talk to the manager. He stated that he was the night manager. He then told me okay we have a room for you. When we got to the hotel, a very nice lady at the front desk checked us in. The rude man who claimed to be the manager, had the audacity to comment

Numerous Gnats throughout room . Bit many times . Called and was told nothing they could do because they were completely booked. But they would talk to a supervisor to see if they can get rid of bugs. Was told that there was nothing they could so but move us to another room . Wow now there is a room and it’s late at night and have to repack and move .

We were awakened at 3am by a group of people in the adjoining room, talking in a normal tone of voice. It sounded like they were in our room, you could literally hear every word. Then at 4am, the moaning and occasional screaming began.... Also, tub drained slowly, and there was mold and/or mildew on the shower tile grout. The had king size sheets and comforters on queen size beds.

Love that they provided a shuttle from the airport. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on my first day was a little busy as there was a large group in house; the breakfast staff was friendly but seemed a bit overwhelmed. I love that there was a variety of selections on the buffet. My room was clean but the bathroom showers (I stayed twice one week) really need some scrubbing.

This is one of the most convenient hotels in the area. I took Amtrak in and flew out and it's literally 10 minutes from the train station and airport.

The rooms was very nice for the price and the bed was very comfortable.

Amazing staff, very clean rooms, comfortable beds. We checked out early and staff was willing to secure our bags for the day and deliver them (and us) to the train station at 10:00PM, all after our stay was done.

Our first room smelled like smoke, staff Immediately changed our room. Very accommodating. Thank you

Super nice had a wonderful time there............. ..............

Spacious room, nice and clean. Staff are friendly. Location is very convenient to all highway and shopping

Breakfast buffet is expensive for the Buffalo, NY area. Hotel staff was courteous and facility was nice.

Nice hotel, close to airport and plenty of restaurants. Clean and comfortable

Big rooms and friendly staff. Great breakfast and swimming pool. Located right in Walden Galleria parking lot.

I stay here a few times a year. My son attends Buffalo State. Hotel has been under construction for over a year. Rooms have greatly improved. Big hotel with cool pool for kids. The staff here are extremely rude!! It was snowing as it frequently does in Buffalo. I was in the front lobby and casually asked the young lady at the front desk if it was going to snow all day. She quickly and unpolitely said not sure I'm not the weather lady. The night before I ordered food delivery after getting my 4 yr old to sleep. It was 11:30pm. Well I get a call from the front desk demanding I come to the front desk to get my food. I explained that I ordered in because I have a sleeping child. As if having the delivery guy deliver my food was an issue. It was issue after issue all with rude staff. I don't get it. We paid $170 a night to be treated rudely. I'll stay somewhere else next trip.

We experienced a good stay. However the room had a bit of a foul smell of mold.

The check in process was easy and the employees were very friendly. As we entered the room, it was definitely vaccuumed, but it smelled like a full dust filter bag. The bathroom door frame was warped, so the door did not close. The water in the bathroom sink drained very slowly.

I stayed in Buffalo for 3nights and I stayed at this hotel for the first night because it's close to the airport to pick my sister up next day. Stuff was nice. Lobby looked wide and good. Room was very good. I can tell it's renew, but still looks good, bed was comfortable. I found lots dust in bathroom, in between tile and wall but I cleaned it for them. I just loved this hotel. Pool looked good. I can come back to this area just to stay at this hotel from pittsburgh. But only thing was.... I saw young prostitute waiting customers outside of this hotel and smoking weed. When I was at the lobby, 4 police went to a room for a problem. I thought I want to bring back my 6yrs old kids to stay there but I thought it will be bad influence for kid to stay there. I love this hotel other than that tho.

The hotel location was very accessible to the destinations we were going to. The hotel room was very roomy and comfortable. I slept great

We were there supporting our grandson's hockey team that was playing in a national tournament. Our room on sixth floor was quiet, comfortable and clean. No complaints whatsoever. Bedding was high quality and very comfy. We had a king bed that was perfect. Only thing not perfect is we would have loved a hot tub (jacuzzi) as it was quite cold during our stay.
