Enjoyed our stay the rooms were clean a little run down. But my overall stay was excellent. I wish they had a bit more variety for breakfast maybe throw in pancakes and parking was limited. I had a hard time finding a parking space. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return again. Excellent hotel for families.

Burn holes in our sheets and some stains. Missing coat hangers. One staff member did have an annoyed reaction with us after we said we accidentally spilled water somewhere in the hotel. Otherwise, very comfortable and good stay.

We were there on 2 very busy weekend nights. The bar manager was exceptional! 10 out of 10 for Scott! The only reason i didnt give 5 stars was the cold shower. My husbands the night before had hot water so it may have been that everyone was using it this morning. We will be back!

My ten year old son and I stopped in Buffalo for a night. He LOVED the pool. Our room opened up to it. He said it was one of his favorite hotels... That being said, it was clear the hotel hasn't been thoroughly cleaned or maintained in fifteen or twenty years. It was run down, dirty, and falling apart. The guest facing staff was incredibly kind and helpful- no knock on them, they're polishing a turd the best they can. Breakfast was standard hotel fair. Great location. One of those "we got what we paid for."

The staff at the bar and lounge inside the hotel were fantastic. Friendly and engaging and the food was good. The hotel part on the other hand, the staff were unfriendly and not at all helpful. The room seemed dirty with paint chipping in the tub and bathroom. The shower was broken and the bathroom sink was leaking. The room was an absolute sauna even after turning down the heat all the way to 60. The fan was not working to cool the room. Ceiling tiles were missing in the hallways and leaking into buckets on the floor.

Everything was beautiful. Staff very kind and friendly. They are renovating rooms so bathroom was in need of repair but all fixtures working and we would stay again. I love this hotel and location was fantastic . Right off I90 and huge mall right beside hotel. Restaurants right across the road.
