Beautiful hotel with nice decoration. The room was very spacious and clean, with a functioning jacuzzi. Customer service was very attentive. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. A great choice for a short stay in a hotel close to the airport.

Our room was not cleaned or towels replaced. I was told that it was my fault because I had to tell them to clean the room. Their policy says the opposite. When I told the manager about what the employee told me, his answer was “so what”. The tv did not work. The carpet is filthy with humidity and is lifted and ripped causing people to trip. The AC filter was dusty and after the second night been exposed to that dirt and bacteria coming out of it, and being inmune compromised my self, I went to the hospital because my cough and having difficulty breathing would not stop. We were put in another room. Customer service terrible. I reported all difficulties and problems but none were resolved. I wish there was a NO star to qualify this terrible place.

The room seemed to be missing basic necessities, even though I booked and paid for the most luxurious room in the hotel. Was slightly inconvenient having to keep going down to the front desk. When I called asking if someone could bring the items up that were not available. I was told I have to come down and get them myself.
