I do not recommend staying here. The front desk staff were not helpful at all. The water pressure is terrible & the water is not really hot. I had to call the front desk but they could not hear me so I then had to call from my cell phone to get them. The young gentleman said he tried to call the room back, but of course it didn’t ring on either of the 2 phones in the room. he never even offered to have someone come and look at either. I mention to him on the call that Our iron had a short in it so it didn’t work properly and no one was sent up for that either. I would not stay here again.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed by its great location and beautiful décor — everything from the lobby to the common areas was tastefully done and inviting. However, we were quite disappointed with the room service. When our room was cleaned, the dirty bed sheets were not changed, no fresh towels were provided, and the used towels were left in the bathroom. Additionally, out of all the electrical sockets in the room, only one was working, which was very inconvenient. For a hotel of this standard, we expected better attention to cleanliness and maintenance. With improvements in housekeeping and basic amenities, this could be a top-tier stay.

The lobby and the room were beautiful. The bed was very comfortable as were all the pillows. I loved the coziness of the lobby and hallway into the rooms. However, one of our guests next to us had a dog and it barked the entire night. And the hotel in the lobby says no pets and when I asked about it, they told me they do permit dogs to stay. You could hear every time someone walked in and out of another room the entire night. And this, on top of the dogs, did not allow us to sleep at all. And we had a 6 AM flight the next day. So the hotel was beautiful, but I would not stay there again because of the dog and all of the noise during the night.
