Honeymoon suite out dated. Pipe in bathroom sink leaked on the floor. Missing knobs on dresser drawers

it was further from the airport than I expected but they hotel did have a shuttle service

Loved the common area!

Rooms are outdated, but clean. The music in the hallway is annoying. Speaker was just outside our door and music was loud. Don't see the purpose of music playing late at night. The "Hot" breakfast is not hot. Non of the items available were hot or warm. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

The facility it self wasn’t bad but there is zero sound proofing in this place. We came for a concert got back to the room around 11 and from 11 until about 1:45am we listened to a couple screaming at each other. This was located on the first floor and the staff had to have heard the noise and did nothing. Yelling in the halls abs in the room. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to actually sleep during your stay.

Front desk girl was rude, and did not go out her way for nothing. Claimed they were short on key cards. She was non-caring, non-apologetic. ATM in lobby broke all weekend. Advertised a hot breakfast. They really cheaped it out. The "hot breakfast' was toasting a bagel. Nothing else but cold cereal and a open tray (no cover) of yogurt. No Plates. Only tiny bar napkins. Rooms were dirty in the corners. Inadequate A/C. No exhaust fan in bathroom. No microwave. Loud. Hallway domestic disturbances on consecutive days outside our door. Avoid it.

The first night of my stay, the bathroom ceiling started leaking heavily. When reported to the front desk, they took their time sending someone from the maintenance, and didn't initially offer to move me to another room. They finally did give me a new room, but offered no assistance to help me move. The fridge in the new room was broken and there were no blankets in either room. After the move, I left the hotel for sightseeing, and when I returned, the key to the room didn't work. After I inquired about it at the front desk, they told me that was not my room, but someone else's instead. I explained the whole situation again and they gave me the new key which worked. The next day the situation repeated. When I, again, asked about the key not working again(!) they informed me that that room is empty and that is why the key isn't working. I explained the whole long story again(!) and they gave me a new key. Not once did any of the staff show any surprise or concern about the whole situation or offered any assistance until prompted. During checkout I asked for a discount considering the whole ordeal. A manager showed up and said: "We'll put some money back" which ended up not even being an equivalent of a one night stay. I do not recommend this hotel.

Garden Palace Hotel has it's own vibe that is totally unironic. It's a lot to take in, and I mean that in the best way possible. The grand, Italianate statues in the driveway are the first clues that you'll be entering another dimension, a long-lost era of opulence and glamour. I stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite and it was everything I could have imagined it to be. The room was spotless. I must give special attention to the incredibly nice woman working the front desk when I checked out. Although it was very early in the morning, she greeted me with a smile that was professional and sincere. We ended up chatting for a while and I drove away thinking that I will definitely be back should my travels take me through Buffalo again.

We never stayed at The Garden Place Hotel. Orbitz refused to give us a refund after obtaining permissions from the manager at the hotel.

I loved everything to the entrance to the time I stayed and when I left

Clean and nice rooms. Seems to have been updated some.

Very good Room and beautiful area i will come back

It was nice, and clean and the staff was polite. The room was nice and had been refreshed, but the place as a whole could use some modernizing.....
