Room and bath were CLEAN and spacious
The suite was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and on par with other Courtyards. However, we had called before we booked for the night to confirm there will be 24hr complimentary airport shuttle available for when we arrive at 11pm, however, once we arrived, the front desk informed me that he was the only one working so we will have to find our own way to the hotel. Then once we finally arrived at midnight after a long day of travel, the front desk spent more than 30min chatting with the guest checking in in front of us as we are waiting to check in. All in all, a nice facility but I was extremely disappointed with the service.

Very clean and spacious room. Only down side was the pillows - they were all down pillows which we don't like. An option would have been nice.

We flew in to Buffalo for our anniversary trip and found this hotel to be very clean and modern. It was a great location for the day trips we had planned. Check out was at 12 which was perfect for our afternoon flight out.
