We booked this hotel a few times now and always park our vehicle here while we travel for long periods of time. Checked in and front desk staff could not take their eyes off their electronics then proceeded to tell us we had to pay for parking when we booked which was not like that last year. Spent 90.00 on parking for the airport as we were left no choice. My sister had a reservation and she was told that the compound parking was not open until May 1st. She called 2 weeks in advance to let them know we would be leaving our cars there while we were away. Room keys don’t work and constantly have to go down and get them reprogrammed and the staff try to tell us we are trying to get into a wrong room. I think we know what room number we are in it’s written on the card. Hallway and elevator stunk of marajuana. Definitely will not be staying here again as the service is horrible.

Dirty, Smelly and in need of major repair.
I booked a room for 5 people. 2 double beds and a pull out couch. The property definitely needs some TLC. Upon entering the room there was an extremely strong chemical smell. We realized later it was to cover up the pot and cigarette smell that is embedded in everything. The room was dirty. Chip bags and candy wrappers under the beds. The toilet moved when you sat on it and barely flushed. When I went to the front desk to get bedding for the pull out, they wouldn’t give me pillows. There were holes in the couch and bed blankets and the door had a hard time shutting. Tried to use the pool/hot tub but it had a layer of scum floating on top. We were honestly afraid to even attempt the continental breakfast. None of the staff seemed to care about anything there. Great location and lots of potential, but they just dropped the ball and let it roll away. The worst part is I paid quite a bit for this disservice. I won’t be visiting there again.

It was a fine place to stay. Breakfast included, close to many attractions. The rooms smelled a bit and aor conditioning units really need to be cleaned, they were filthy.

This was honestly my worst hotel experience ever. I was hopeful after reading so many positive reviews but was sorely disappointed. The room itself and also carpets throughout were filthy. It was so noisy we were not able to sleep. You could hear the phone at the front desk ringing throughout the night and one room nearby had their tv blaring until 4am. I will not be returning.

No service anywhere since COVID
I have stayed at this hotel many times, but like everything after COVID, it has gone downhill. They are remodeling, which is good, but they only offer room service once every 3 days. On my third day, they missed my room, because they were sooooo busy with 60 rooms. Well hire some employees and clean the rooms daily. At over $100/night. I think housekeeping should be included.
