Shuttle was quick and easy and got us to the hotel and back to the airport… Great breakfast with eggs and sausage and waffles, etc.!

The first thing that hit me was the smell of smoke in the lobby. The hallway carpets needs cleaning. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The room itself seemed clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was very good.

You can tell the hotel was dated but the rooms were clean and some of the house keeping staff was friendly and some werent. We didnt need service for one of the days and asked for toilet paper and new towels and seemed like it was a problem just to ask for that. The next day the house keeping staff was super friendly. I like the location and would probably stay the night again.
It was very convenient. Check in was easy. The room was fine. It was reasonably priced. Breakfast was good.
Overnight stay only.....everything was excellent, including a 4:30am transport to the airport. Driver courteous and very helpful with my luggage. Everyone from check-in to check-out courteous and helpful.
The staff and service at this property are great. The front desk people are very empathetic and go above and beyond to make it convenient for travelers. Breakfast is served early (430am) and is sufficient. The airport shuttle is effective. Everything else about this property is horrible: - The bathroom door and the inner toilet door would not close. Whoever went in had to sing so that no one else walked in on them. - The bathroom sink would clog and it took a long time for water to drain through. - There is NO jacuzzi in the room as advertised on the property pictures. - The jacuzzi on the property is NOT operational although advertized on the property pictures. I would not book with this chain of properties again.
Not a bad place but could improve. The rug in the room needed vacuuming and the rugs in the hallways needed cleaning. The breakfast is very basic. The bed was comfortable and the room very large. There was a jacuzzi tub but the taps were removed so you couldn’t use the tub. The standup shower had some mildew growing.
I enjoyed the jacuzzi bath and spacious room, breakfast had a good variety
