The hotel was filthy. These pictures are not accurate. The staff were friendly enough, but I cannot believe the state for the hotel. It smelled terrible, the carpets looked like they were 100 years old and had never experienced a vacuum cleaning. Very disappointed.

The pictures online do not match the rooms. The hotel was dirty and worn. The “buffet” was a typical hotel breakfast. I would not recommend or stay here again.

The room was nice, you can tell that there has been water damage in the room, the microwave wasn't balanced I had to wedge a soap holder under it, and the shower did leak I just used towels to maintain. Overall the stay was nice the bed was very comfortable.

FILTHY! Like this was next level dirty. We only stayed because it was late and we had no choice. There was not one drop of hot water in the shower (this is not an exaggeration)! The water was like ice. I didn’t complain because we left our vehicle while we went on a trip and I didn’t want them to do something to it. Plus I don’t think the staff would have cared. It is advertised on their site that if you stay there before your flight, you can leave your vehicle for free. We quickly found that it was not free. They charged me. The shuttle drivers are very nice but they are shared with other hotels and the vans are not 4wd or AWD. They get stuck and slide all over. I would absolutely not stay here again and I would not recommend this to anyone else.

the room was clean and the shower area as well. However, the hallway carpeting along wall and in near room doors needed a good vacuuming Lobby and breakfast area looked a bit tired. Shuttle service was very responsive and helpful. Desk staff pleasant and helpful. Overall good place for short stay in Buffalo.

After filling it and submerging,, discovered the jets were not in working order-Disappointed to say the least I advised the front desk person upon departure and was offered an obligatory “sorry about that” Disheartening as I paid approximately $100 more from the standard room rate for this amenity

Room had dresser pieces coming off at one corner. Staff was so unprofessional. The environment was scary with some lady arguing with the front desk and wouldn't leave the premises and i had called the front desk to get assistance on how to use coffee machine and they said they would send someone to our room and no one ever came. One phone in the room didn't work either. The spa & fitness area was out of order as well. Will never stay here again!
