King jacuzzi suite was very good. Clean and we were allowed to check in a little early, so we appreciated that. Breakfast was great and front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Back of house older man working breakfast buffet was mean, loud, and angry yelling at people trying to chose their breakfast food. Otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars.

The property is dated. Hair was found on the bed, under the covers. The sheet over the comforter was stained with what looked like 3 drops of blood. The location is convenient but I won’t be staying there again.

The cover was used the sheet was used. It was not clean. I even called on my cell phone to reach out to the front desk. They told me to bring it up. They never brought it up. I only had two towels and one washcloth. Luckily I bought my washcloth from home like I normally do but the bathroom tub was not clean. It’s just terrible this time normally when I book with this hotel, I always have everything good then I have some type of double doors where the other room can knock on our door they kept knocking on our door and shaking our door knives this is very unprofessional and this will be my last time you’ve been booking here because whoever the housekeeping is not doing their jobs correctly is slacking very much

The room was in good condition, but there was some grime and dust that could’ve been cleaned. The biggest problem was the heating system. It was very loud when it was on making a banging noise. I was unable to change the temperature or turn the fan on and off it went on and off all night by itself. I had one of the hotel staff come and look he said he thought it was broken. I asked for some of my money back and he said he couldn’t do that. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms were highly scented with a chemical cleaner that burned our noses and gave us sinus trouble the next day. We tried opening the windows which were unable to be opened. Also, the sink drain was filled with mold.

Breakfast not so good, Lobby area definitely needs to be updated, rooms with Showers only tge showers are very small , the rest of the room can't complain. Shuttle was ok i waited an hour at the airport when you call the hotel for the shuttle the guy in the evenings is very ride on the phone , shuttle smells like cigarettes
