Fitness center equipment- half didn’t work. “hot breakfast” was cold except for what I toasted or made “waffle”. Breakfast room tv was set to a channel with all infomercials. This was at 8 on a weekday. Hotel was very convenient, rooms and open areas very nice.

Cycling the Erie Canal. Unfortunately, this hotel does not allow bikes in the rooms-one of the few. for those of us who pack light with frame packs and rear seat packs it is difficult to remove the packs. There is no reason not to allow bikes in the room given that majority of hotels do allow bikes and some hotels who have a high number of cyclists like Cumberland MD that service cyclists riding the GAP and C&O trail even have a hose available to clean off your bike!

Had to change 3 rooms. 1st one the TV was broke. 2nd smelled really really bad. 3rd one was ok but the view was awful.
The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Very friendly, clean, and a pleasant stay.

The general manager Troy went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay at the Best Western property. He made us feel welcome and helped us make the right choices when exploring the area and visiting Niagara Falls. We would definitely come back and stay here again. He is a great! There's a parrot that is very cool and the woman who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly and the shower was nice.
Great atmosphere Clean hotel, very nice staff, convenience location. The only thing they didn’t have was microwave but overall i would recommend!
This is a fairly recently remodeled hotel, and the rooms and common areas are clean and comfortable. Check in staff was pleasant, but I think I was invisible to the evening desk person. The breakfast was simple, but hot and tasty. My real complaint about this hotel was that they were having work done to the parking lot. There were no signs about where else to park (didn't know until I got inside the building and spoke to someone). Also, the area by the front door was littered with garbage and cigarette butts ....kind of repulsive to see coming and going from the hotel. There's no reason someone hadn't cleaned this up. If I hadn't already paid for my room I would have turned around and gone somewhere else.
It has a parrot in the lobby which is unique. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Beds are a little firm in my opinion. The check in staff are very cordial and the guy at breakfast is very nice also.
