Stayed here after a Niagara Falls stay due to proximity to airport (less than 15 minutes away) and the convenience of a mall across the street. We appreciate their amenities, comfort and convenience. I know it's more about luck, than management, but we had some loud neighbors who didn't settle down till later in the evening. Floors noise insulation could be improved. Bed comfortable. Room huge. Bathroom clean. Breakfast good, they need more seating space if hotel is full. Convenience items good. Front desk staff good. Overall, would recommend for quick stays to/from.

The breakfast was great, but get there early to avoid a line. The bathroom doors slide and don’t lock, not very ideal for a toddler but overall this hotel is nice. Very easy access right off the interstate, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. They even have a washer and dryer you can use for free during your stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, spacious studio for a family of 5. The staff was so helpful. Easy drive to Niagara Falls. The breakfast area was packed with no seating. I wish there were more grab and go breakfast options for eating in the room because there wasn’t anywhere to sit.

They closed all handicap spaces for concrete repair. I told them they should set up new handicap spaces since they were all full last night. Nothing. Just no handicap accessible spaces. Got there on a Wednesday. Was told housekeeping comes every other day so would be there on Friday. No housekeeping. Never had a do not disturb sign out and theynever showed all three days.

A dated property that was not very clean. It wasn’t dirty enough to move, but it for sure could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Furniture was stained. Mattresses were thin, lumpy and uncomfortable. Bedding was thin and not very warm. There was an extra blanket in the closet but only one for a room that sleeps 4. The staff was friendly. The lobby refreshments were very limited. Breakfast was included but a bit of a mad house. Seating was limited and food kept running out. There also wasn’t much in terms of healthier options. The lobby smells STRONGLY of cheap, fake perfumed room spray. It hits you in the face when you walk in. When returning to the hotel at night, it is a given that people (guests but also employees) will be sitting around the building doors smoking. There is a very nice patio section at the back entrance of the hotel but there was always at least one person sitting there smoking cigarettes or pot. This was also the case at the front door. Walking in with small children, this was a real problem for me. Overall it wasn’t horrible, but we’ll find a different place next time.

Property is ok. There is a shopping area with restaurants. If you are planning to stay here for visiting Niagara Falls, there are other close by choices that you may want to think as it’s a little drive. But for other occasions, this is a standard hotel and clean

It was a good stay staff at front desk for check in was nice and asked if he needed anything to just let them know. Housekeeping staff was wonderful very nice and helpful and asked if we needed anything and made sure we didn't forget anything before leaving!

Horrible customer service, hair all over our shower and the “salt water” pool was so over chlorinated we couldn’t stay in there because it was burning our eyes and the kids said it hurt to breath! The lady checking us in was no where near friendly and acted as if we were bothering her while checking in. Then she told us the room we booked is not guaranteed so we got a smaller room then we originally booked. Very disappointed with the breakfast because there was hair on the food!
