The curtains in the room didn’t close at all, making the room bright all night ling. The shower fell off when you tried to take a shower. It was a frustrating experience.

My family & I stayed only for 1night on September 21-22 @ this hotel. We were here visiting my son since he attends college there. We stayed in room 219 & it accommodated 4ppl. The beds were comfortable but the appearance was disappointing. The side of the bathtub was duct taped & so was the floor of the tub. Also the space to eat breaksfast was small & cluttered during the breakfast hours Being near an international airport, I was expecting to see differently. This hotel should be renovated. In August we stayed @ La Quinta in Amherst & was pleasantly surprised @ how clean & nice the hotel was even though it was a new hotel. We will not be considering this hotel in the future.

Our room smelled like they applied Febreeze with a garden hose! The room was nearly unbearable. Luckily we were so tired, we managed to get to sleep.

The carpets in my room were extremely dirty (haven't been cleaned in 30 years), and the fitness room was lacking. Staff were friendly.

Other than the noise from others in the hallway and rooms next door, everything was fine.

Shower and curtain has mold. Staff was great.Beds where great. Shuttle driver was very hard worker. Kept dinning area spotless. Nice breakfast.

I Had good customer service, but the issue i had was Elevator, its wasn't working. Bed and the Lamp was full of dust. Bathroom was not clean. Room was very comfortable.

Checked us in so quickly I didn’t get a chance to ask if it was king bed like I booked and we ended up with 2 doubles. Was a last minute booking but will never book there again. No character guy at front desk..

The hotel is near the airport. The rooms are specious. The breakfast was very good.
