Never come back

overall experience was ok compare to all recent reviews about staff and condition of the property i had read prior to my visit. For the price i booked, it was worth it. The location was good with lots of shopping and dinner options.

I booked it because it was a cheap hotel near where I had to be for a few days. But it would have probably been better to spend a little more on a name brand. The desk chair collapsed and I fell out of it upon sitting down in it on the 2nd day. When I mentioned to the desk clerk that it was broken, his response was not an apology, just an acknowledgment indicating that he knew which chair I was referring to. When I returned to my room on my last day before checkout, the sink drain appeared as if something had backed up into it from the drain. It was discolored and slimy to about halfway up the bowl. I rinsed it but it was very slow to drain. I used the shower for all of my water needs that evening. Again, the desk clerk simply said he would run some drain cleaner through it when I mentioned it as I was checking out.

It’s in a nice area with plenty to do in surrounding area but the hotel itself is real ratty and smelly

This hotel had a very good price point but the room was absolutely disgusting. The carpet (and everything else in the room) was perpetually damp and had a very gross smell. The sheets smelled terrible and had burn holes all throughout them, despite being a non-smoking room. It's in a good area and the staff was nice, so it would be a good bargain option if they just cleaned.

There is no lift for upper floor, rest is ok.

Was clean

I guess alright for the price. But nothing like the pictures.

No fresh towels, linens or cleaning service for a 2 night stay. Rice and hard boiled eggs for breakfast

I didnt like the staff at all..very rude standing over people

Washroom fan/light was extremely noisy! It woke the other person up (meaning it shocked them to consciousness!) when turned on when the other person is sleeping! An old hotel (1960?)without renovations, just an attempt at newer decorations (painting on wall) and the addition of the regular appliances of refrigerator and microwave necessary in rooms these days, which take up floor space and make the room clumsy to move in...... The bed was very comfortable and firm, and the linens and pillows were nice also. Overpriced.

This hotel was perfect for us. It had 3 queen beds in one room so I could stay with our 4 kids and not have to get a 2nd room. It did need some updating but it worked for what we needed.

Place is falling apart, radio was broken, toilet flush handle fell off, shower faucet handle fell off, numerous light bulbs were burnt out, there were ants in my second floor room, whole building reeks of cigarettes and marijuana carpets in lobby are filthy, and there is no elevator, I am disabled and was forced to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to my room.

The staff was friendly and welcoming! It was loud and there was a smell that took over my room (I think from someone cooking in another room). The floor seemed damp, and a lot was in disrepair. Staff did a nice job, but it was hard to get good rest with the smells.

They knew I was coming they could have turned the heat on. The staff were smoking in the hallway. The breakfast was nothing and a mess.

Comfortable, clean, and friendly staff. Perfect for the budget.

We accidentally ordered a room for smokers and kindly asked the clerk to change our room. He refused three times and finally agreed to help us in exchange for money (which he later refused to take saying he was joking). Overall the hotel was decent, renewed, and OK location if you want to rest for the night and leave first thing in the morning,

Liked the room and price.just used to the continental breakfast to be more than a few pre packaged muffins and cinnamon buns.

King size bed. The room was way smaller than the photos. The mattress was so thin and old, it was like we were sleeping on an old couch futon. Burn marks in linens and a giant electric stove heating element mark burnt into the carpet. One of the staff let the main door slam into our face as he walked out knowing we were right behind him, he looked back and watched it happen. Plus side, the 2 front desk clerks we encountered were friendly and there are many places to eat in the area.
