I have family that lives at 34th Street. The L Hotel is the most convenient to the family. Property is clean. Can a little loud in the hall ways but not late at night. Reasonable price and nice stay.

Stayed in the area for a concert happening at Barclays Center. Very close to 36th st station, which was an express train stop. A no big fills hotels. Basic rooms which were fine for a quick trip to NYC. Decently sized bathroom. Plenty of little cafes and restaurants in walking distance from the hotel, along with the Industry City complex right there.

No frills, but clean and did the trick. Fairly close to the subway. I had 1 night in NY and this worked out great. some new paint, wallpaper and curtains would up the game substantially. Would recommend for a short stay.

The room walls are paper thin at this hotel. We could hear what the room next to us was watching, saying etc. Also the bathroom was not very clean, hair in the shower and stains on the ceiling.
