Good week long stay was good. Safe, Modern, Clean room, good bed, and quiet. The rooms are small but manageable. I only had one issue - One night my sleep was interrupted due to heavy weed smoke coming from next door. As I’m allergic this woke me out of my sleep. I called complained and was pleased by the night staff response.

Excellent stay at Ramada Hotel

My family and I stayed there for 2 days. The staff at front desk/ reception was very professional. Room was very clean. Hotel is centrally located in Brooklyn. I will visit there again. Continental breakfast was also very good.😀

I'm from this area so I know all about it; I was just visiting for a day/night and I chose this hotel because I know how convenient the neighborhood is. I think it was a little too expensive for one night and such a small room, but it's Brooklyn/Flatbush/Midwood so I'm not too surprised. At least they offer free breakfast and the staff are nice. I didn't take pictures of the shower floor, but it was very dirty. I'm glad I had flip flops or else I would not have gotten in.

I was extremely disappointed by the check-in experience at this hotel. Despite presenting a valid credit card with my signature that matched my government-issued ID, the staff refused to accept it solely because my name wasn’t printed on the front. The policy felt unnecessarily pedantic and bureaucratic—prioritizing form over good judgement. It was a clear case of inflexibility, especially since all identifying details matched. The staff showed no willingness to problem-solve or accommodate, which came across as unhelpful. Policies are important, but when enforced in such a draconian and rigid way, they damage the guest experience. I expected customer service from a hotel of this brand.

I forgot my airpods and they were recovered and returned. Could have been cleaner. Continental breakfast staff hovered making the experience annoying, food was not good. Overall for a quick stay, it was average. Parking is not guaranteed, wound up with a flat and had to patch my tire. For short inexpensive stay, it was good enough.

Close to public transportation, stores and restaurants. The room are small. When we checked in there were 2 toothpicks and a candy wrap on the floor and for three days they remained on the floor. 2 days our beds were not made and we did not leave anything on beds that could hindered them making up the beds.

Breakfast was great. However, the room I was in was extremely small for a family of four. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Shower wasn’t clean. I had to clean it myself. Not to mention there wasn’t any running water for almost an hour which was horrible because I was preparing an appointment. When the water finally came back it was brown for a couple of minutes. I spoke with the employee at the front desk but he didn’t care much.
