The place is okay. Elderly should know u have to go down a steep flight of steps just to get to the lobby. There's an elevator but it's locked. No parking at all, fairly inconvenient. It was just close to where I needed to be. If not I would Def have stayed somewhere else

There was a dirty underwear on the back of the door of the bathroom, but I was promptly switched out of that room. I was also able to leave my stuff with the front desk while I was away for an interview after checking out. Service is great. Just kind of dirty with scary outside window views on the lower floors, haha. Breakfast has juice and a mini muffin assortment.

Early check in was good although disappointed that various hotels, as well as this one, are charging $50 for early check in. Bathroom was very clean and hotel was a 7 minute walk to the nearest subway stop

My room smelled strongly of dirty mop water. I’m not sure if there is a mold issue, but it was quite bad. The elevator was missing the button of the lobby and was overall a bit sketchy. When I arrived, I requested a late check out and was told I could leave at 12:30pm. Shortly after 11am, however, two housekeepers aggressively banged on my door and shouted at me to “CHECK OUT!”. I really wasn’t expecting much, but I have to say I was still disappointed.
