The property was absolutely beautiful and so was the view. Unfortunately, the service is horrible. You can’t ever get in contact with guest services. You will spend up to an hour waiting to connect with someone. The room was not as clean as I would have liked; floors were dirty; found long hairs on bed sheets; they gave us ripped towels; the pool is by reservation only- they only have 16 chairs, so if you’re going hoping to dip in the pool your chances are almost slim to none. People line up at 7am to reserve and if you don’t make it up there on time you will not secure a spot. Pool water was more like a hot tub. Water was at least 80 degrees.

Terrible customer service, would not recommend at all.

This property is beautiful and has really friendly staff. The view of the brooklyn bridge you can't beat and it was very relaxing. It's your traditional modern vibe but very well decorated. The only issue here is the walls, you can easily here the people next to you. We were unfortunate and had a big family next to us and they were screaming and yelling and making noise till 1am. We called down twice about the noise but nothing stopped until they went asleep. That was the major problem with this place which is a shame as it's such a beautiful hotel but for me sleep is important and if I can't get a good nights rest then this isn't the hotel for me to stay at.

Mostly black finishes in the room make it a bit dark. I looked for a plug for minutes, it was invisible on the counter top all in black. I like the whole environmental aspect, but the quality of some items in the room don’t feel like 5 stars. The paper holder in the bathroom and the never staying open closet door are some of them. Views are great, and cool vibes in the lobby.

Hard to valet park. Asked for a wake up call at 5 am and nobody called. Was running late to the airpot and the was nobody at the reception to help. Had to wake up the guy to ask for the car from valet. the phone did not respond

This is a beautiful property in a cool area. It was a great place to explore Brooklyn from. I had a few things in the room not work, but were fixed promptly. Rooms are large for New York.

Room was not very clean: mold growing on the tub, peanuts on the floor and furniture. We ordered food service and it arrived without all the side dishes. We waited for them to bring the salad, never came. The roof top lounge was closed off for private parties. The staff was not very accommodating any time we called. The view are not worth the poor service. Next time we are staying elsewhere.

Loved it , will be back . 😊👍.loce the rooms and style of the hotel . Miami is my favorite and here was second to that .

just few steps away from Brroklyn bridge n Dumbo. Good interior and design concept.

We enjoyed the hotel and the Osprey restaurant outdoor patio. Lovely location and very enthusiastic and attentive staff.

We had one night in Brooklyn and since I stayed at the Central Park 1 Hotel before, I figured this would be a great choice. Not so much. Prior to my dinner reservations, I jumped in the shower only to have scalding hot water. When I turned the handle it completely came off the wall. I immediately called the front desk and they sent up an engineer. He said the disk would not remain in place, but it should work for now. It didn't and went back to being too hot for me to be in there. I went to dinner anyway miserable, after walking around the city all day. They did send someone up as we will leaving, but it was too late. The next day we checked out the Osprey after again walking around the hot city. The place looked neat, and I just wanted to wash my hands before I ate. But the bathrooms down by the screening room had zero hand soap. To the point where someone else took the tops off to get whatever they could out of them. For the price of this hotel, you'd expect more.

The hotel campus, amenities, restaurant dining, in-room dining, rooftop, etc are all amazing. Those qualities however, are overwhelmingly dampened by the absolute terrible service (everywhere but the restaurant). ~70% of my encounters with staff were poor — ranging from downright rude and degrading to general disinterest in providing hospitality. I would still recommend (it’s simply beautiful and the concept works); just be prepared for some of worst service you’ll ever experience at a nice hotel.

Looked amazing, smelt fantastic. The rooms super trendy and eco friendly. I checked out this morning and I’m in Manhattan now and I miss 1 hotel. :(

The hotel’s setting is perfect for a comfortable stay in Bklyn yet conveniently located near to Manhattan. The views of the Bklyn Bridge and the city are amazing. The staff is professional, hip, young and pleasant; specially the greeting staff outside. The hotel has the usual amenities. The room was modern and as advertised eco-friendly design which included cool reclaimed wood decor. The eco features took some getting used to including the shower and sink levers, (controls) but overall suitable. They boast a bout having plants in every room. My room had what appeared to be moss which naturally gross in moist environment - yes looked pretty but oh boy after a few hours and through my stay I could smell a faint nasty smell in a specific area of bathroom area. I couldn’t figure it out until I remembered that it was real moss! I decided to tolerate it because the odor was very limited to the area near the “live” moss. As for the food at the hotel venues: the food was hit an miss. Breakfast frittata in the restaurant was good; a room service burger and fries was delicious however coffees no matter which preparation, (cappuccino, macchiato or drip) at “Neighbors” the hotel coffee shop were awful. Other food items such as a squash soup left a lot to be desired. Regardless, the hotel rocks. I will return because of the newness of the hotel in a city full of old hotels and the perfect location in Bklyn.

this hotel is very good. The ambiance is very boutique and it smells great each time you walk through. there was a mix up with our room and the recovery service was great they gave us complementary wine and cheese board. The views weee spectacular and the rooms are comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay in DUMBO. Loved this hotel. Perfect room with a view of the Brooklyn bridge and the staff are extremely nice. I'll definitely stay here again.

Everything about this hotel is spectacular, from the staff at check-in to the thoughtful design of the rooms to the perfect location right on the waterfront. There is no other hotel I look forward to staying at as much as I do this one.
