The hotel had roaches and the amenities such as ironing board was filthy and the bathroom was like pretty much on top of the bedroom just rediculous

Police were called to the property early one evening. Later that night, there was an argument going on in the hall between three men. The walls were thin;I could hear way TMI in the adjacent room.

The stay would’ve been fine if the desk clerk didn’t lie and say the water would only be fine fr for an hour. He then asked maintenance if he had an ETA and was told no which was the truth. I don’t know when the water came back on, but I woke up at 0300 and it was on.

No one said that the coffee maker had to be moved to the bathroom counter in order to be able to plug it in and make coffee. I reserved and paid for an room with 2 beds, then at check-in, was told that the room was "unavailable". During the check-in process, I observed the front desk person placing MY CREDIT CARD into the left rear pocket of his trousers. When I let him know what I observed, he reached into that pocket, removed the card, then stated, "I thought it was a.blank room card".

This hotel is not worth the price theres no free parking and i was charged twice because i was told that they did not see my orbitz booking ...

The room was fine. We last stayed here 2 1/2 years ago, and it looked like the rooms had been refurbished. The reception desk and area need refurbished and made more inviting. Breakfast was satisfactory. Having an old waffle machine setting around which was not in use, detracted from the appearance of the breakfast area.

The room was a minimal space perfect for a NY weekend getaway.

The Lennon was not clean we had to change room 4 times because they didn’t have anyone to change the sheets the last room smelled like smoke but we was tired of changing rooms the only thing the guy kept doing was apologizing and that’s it. Breakfast was disappointing apples was spoiled, eggs looked dry sausage nasty. It was not worth the price I paid and the parking rules was Ridiculous!! You pay $30 a day however your spot isn’t guaranteed

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Due to a leak, the water was shut down. It was not known initially how long the fix would take. The front desk gave the best information at the time. The issue was resolved and the water was restored within a few hours.
