2nd stay at this hotel...will definitely come back!

This hotel is exactly what I expected, not great, but convenient. Before staying there I read the reviews, not great, but good for what I needed. I was in Bushwick for Open Studios, this is probably the only hotel in Bushwick, and it's close to all the cool hang out spots. The hallways stink of smoke, I knew that already, and every once in a while someone comes by spraying it, pretty comical. Parking lot is a plus. The room was clean and the AC worked really well. One small thing that bothered me a lot, just because it's such a small adjustment to could do wonders for the place; all the lights in the room and bathroom are Bright White instead of Warm White, it's terrible! For some reason there was a folded/clean flat sheet on my bed when I arrived, then I realized that they didn't lay the flat sheet under the comforter, not sure why, so I did it myself before getting into bed: Random! Overall, if I really needed to, I'd stay there again, but I'd prefer not to.

Nice hotel. Need more pillows in the room. Easy check in and out.

Convenient location and friendly staff! Thanks for a nice stay.

I’d call it a two star hotel. Don’t expect any more from it. Not super clean, hard bed and no real character. Not a very friendly check in / experience

The location was perfect for us (near family, restaurants, bars) except for early morning (3:30) noise from trucking company across the street. Room was clean and staff friendly. We plan to stay there again but will ask for a room on the opposite side.

Not the best location in Brooklyn; surrounded by warehouses so there are a lot of 18-wheelers going down the road outside. Hotel entrance is spartan; reception is behind a glass barrier. Apparently rooms can be rented by the hour, too. Lots of other reviews complained about cleanliness; apart from the elevator smelling like pot, the room itself was clean enough, but there was no closet to hang any clothes. It was fine for a single night, but for an extended stay, I'd avoid it.

I have stayed twice in this hotel just because it’s close to the surroundings I need to get to during my stay. The hotel is right across a transportation facility which makes it a huge disadvantage for the rooms closer to the Bogart st. and they hear noise ALL night long and no sleep! On my second stay I requested a room in the back to help with the noises from the street. This time, though, I woke up at 4AM with constant tapping at a door! The tapping continued for almost an hour along with some loud talking! Desperate to fall back to sleep, I called the desk and later on I found out the tapping was by the hotel staff, themselves!!! When I questioned if they were minding their guests comfort at that time, the clerk was trying to explain they were trying to check out a guest who had the room only for a few hours!!! I found that EXTREMELY unprofessional to undermine the staying guests and their comfort for a weird check out time and not having reasonable policies to face the problems like that! The hotel is too pricy for what you get in every aspect. If you’re staying in Brooklyn depending on your budget and your itinery, there are much better options out there!

A lot of very little things, that in combination made me less than thrilled to want to stay again. *Still smells a lot of old smoke in the halls despite efforts to clean the hotel (just hard to get smoke out) *Stayed in a king size bed room, but there was no luggage stand, or anywhere else to place my luggage (except the floor). *A weird "knob" that was carpeted over but still stuck up a bit in a small piece of the floor, which was very uncomfortable when I first stepped on it. *A TV remote receiver that was was above and partially hidden behind the TV, so you had the point the remote at a very annoying angle to get it to work. *A desk that was directly under the TV (IE, don't plan on sitting at the desk while trying to watch TV) *A lamp that didn't work. *Very few electrical outlets, and the ones they had were not conducive to larger chargers. *A shower that worked fine, but was not intuitive to use (had to call the front desk), and had the hot and cold water reversed. *A loud heater under the window that seemed to never stay off for any length of time. The positives: Reasonable location only a couple blocks from a subway station, and several restaurants and a coffee shop within three blocks. Area is light industrial, but there was substantial foot traffic all around and felt relatively safe. Alone, none of those negatives would make me not stay here again. In combination, they give me great pause.

Pretty cool you can smoke big +++ I loved everything about it only cons are no microwave no refrigerator room is small but jus fine to lay your head will most likely visit again the hotel is about a year old so my room looked brand new I loved that

Good location for the area of Brooklyn we needed. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom and shower.

Priced appropriately. Room okay. Staff friendly and helpful.

Right next to the L line station, great location for local stores, restaurants and coffee house. This the budget Williamsburg. Don't worry about negative reviews.

Room was clean and bed was soft. No closet or any place to hang clothes. Rooms are small. Should serve bacon or sausage with scrambled eggs.

No closet to hang clothe. No iron or hair dryer. Towels were very rough. Bed was very comfy

Room and furnitures are brand new. Friendly staff and prompt service. Great price.
