I liked how close this hotel was to the Williamsburg Bridge to be able to walk over to Manhattan. I liked the location a lot. I didn’t like the certain smell it had to it. Smelled like cleaning chemicals but very strong.

Our room was rated to sleep 5, but they would have to be 5 children. Then the maid service didn't bother to clean our room the first day, and the second day they came by at 6:00pm. We told them they didn't need to make the beds, but please replenish the towels. They gave us 6 more bath towels, but no washcloths or hand towels. And what little there was of the complimentary breakfast was horrible.

Very nice, quiet, clean, large room. Helpful staff, easily accessible via taxi or Lyft from the subway, just 1 mile away.

It was a clean hotel in a nice area. Modern and convenient.

Nice place. Easy access to anywhere in NY. Cookies at check in counter we're homemade and delicious!!

The remote was missing, the a/c unit only worked unpredictably, the shower handle confusing. Staff was great and were welcoming for my small service animal. Confused sheets, hot water and the kitchen was a plus.

Unique area not many things nearby, must walk several blocks.

Pretty quiet hotel in south Williamsburg Brooklyn. Hasidic Jewish neighborhood, so the hotel is very family friendly, large rooms and plenty of sleeping and hangout room. Hotel staff is very accomodating and it is in easy walking distance from subway (M,J, Z lines) to Manhatten.

Hotel staff was nice but room had a strong weed oder

The hotel was ok. The window was broke and didn't close so cold air came in. The neighborhood is very noisy making it very difficult to sleep. The pluming was questionable at times. The staff was friendly, room was fairly clean and acceptable. Hotel is in a cheap and safe neighborhood with a convenient garage available.

Reserved the "Suite for 5" . There were only three of us staying so room was plenty big enough but condition of the room was poor. Extremely worn rugs, bathroom was rundown, toilet missing parts, cigarette burn in the sink. Linens seemed pretty old. Just did not give a good impression that the place was very clean. I'm not a hotel snob, generally very content in a Hampton inn type of place and this is below that standard. Room was huge by NYC standards. Kitchen/Living area and bedroom. Not much near the hotel in terms of restaurants or stores. We were able to park on the street close to the hotel. We only stayed one night so was not a big deal and for the price we paid in NYC I was not expecting much more.

The area was close to where I needed to be. The hotel wasn't what I expected but never the less I had a comfortable stay. The room was tiny but very clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We didn't have a microwave in our room however we did have complementary breakfast with our stay. The food was okay. Overall an average stay

We just moved our daughter to an apartment in Brooklyn. We needed a place to spend the night and rest up for the long return trip home. We had a newly renovated king-size suite on the 5th floor. With a kitchen and pull out couch it had more amenities than we actually needed, but it's nice to know these conveniences are there for a future trip. The room was nice and quiet and the bed very comfortable. I always look forward to soaking in the tub when travelling, and have been really disappointed lately with tubs that hold about 5" of water. Not this beauty, it was a lovely deep soaking tub and just what I needed after the long day. Parking is $25.00 and located a half block down the street in a gated lot. We paid $50.00 a night at another hotel nearby.

Overall it was a great stay. The staff was nice and accomadating to our needs. Breakfast had everything we needed to start our day. Good part of Brooklyn, I would definitely stay here again.

I was in town for a work interview. I researched the hotel before my trip to make sure I was in a good area and was getting a good deal. The website showed a clean hotel with nice rooms that seemed to be selling at a great rate. Upon arriving, we found that the streets were dirty, the hotel hard to find, the staff very rude, the room incredibly small with poor noise control, and the area was rather sketchy appearing. It was nothing like what was represented on their website. There was no parking available other than a lot that you pay $25/day about 1.5 blocks away.

The hotel was fine. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room worked for me perfectly. The only criticism I have is that the area is a bit sad looking. Not much within walking distance if you're looking for a bodega. Not really a big deal, but just worth noting.

Rooms are extravagant, location is great. In the middle of little Jerusalem Rabbis everywhere. Felt comfortable walking down the street at night.

Was a great room beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. I wish I would have know about having to bring your own pots and pans but besides that it was overall a great stay.
