The hotel was ok. The window was broke and didn't close so cold air came in. The neighborhood is very noisy making it very difficult to sleep. The pluming was questionable at times. The staff was friendly, room was fairly clean and acceptable. Hotel is in a cheap and safe neighborhood with a convenient garage available.

Reserved the "Suite for 5" . There were only three of us staying so room was plenty big enough but condition of the room was poor. Extremely worn rugs, bathroom was rundown, toilet missing parts, cigarette burn in the sink. Linens seemed pretty old. Just did not give a good impression that the place was very clean. I'm not a hotel snob, generally very content in a Hampton inn type of place and this is below that standard. Room was huge by NYC standards. Kitchen/Living area and bedroom. Not much near the hotel in terms of restaurants or stores. We were able to park on the street close to the hotel. We only stayed one night so was not a big deal and for the price we paid in NYC I was not expecting much more.

The area was close to where I needed to be. The hotel wasn't what I expected but never the less I had a comfortable stay. The room was tiny but very clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We didn't have a microwave in our room however we did have complementary breakfast with our stay. The food was okay. Overall an average stay

We just moved our daughter to an apartment in Brooklyn. We needed a place to spend the night and rest up for the long return trip home. We had a newly renovated king-size suite on the 5th floor. With a kitchen and pull out couch it had more amenities than we actually needed, but it's nice to know these conveniences are there for a future trip. The room was nice and quiet and the bed very comfortable. I always look forward to soaking in the tub when travelling, and have been really disappointed lately with tubs that hold about 5" of water. Not this beauty, it was a lovely deep soaking tub and just what I needed after the long day. Parking is $25.00 and located a half block down the street in a gated lot. We paid $50.00 a night at another hotel nearby.

Overall it was a great stay. The staff was nice and accomadating to our needs. Breakfast had everything we needed to start our day. Good part of Brooklyn, I would definitely stay here again.

I was in town for a work interview. I researched the hotel before my trip to make sure I was in a good area and was getting a good deal. The website showed a clean hotel with nice rooms that seemed to be selling at a great rate. Upon arriving, we found that the streets were dirty, the hotel hard to find, the staff very rude, the room incredibly small with poor noise control, and the area was rather sketchy appearing. It was nothing like what was represented on their website. There was no parking available other than a lot that you pay $25/day about 1.5 blocks away.

The hotel was fine. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room worked for me perfectly. The only criticism I have is that the area is a bit sad looking. Not much within walking distance if you're looking for a bodega. Not really a big deal, but just worth noting.

Rooms are extravagant, location is great. In the middle of little Jerusalem Rabbis everywhere. Felt comfortable walking down the street at night.

Was a great room beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. I wish I would have know about having to bring your own pots and pans but besides that it was overall a great stay.

I stay at the Pointe Plaza almost every month and enjoy it very much. The one major issue is the water pressure in the shower which quite disturbing.

I love how the front desk welcome me to the hotel. The room was clean and well done when I arrived. The breakfast area was well kept and fresh served. The only thing I dislike was the location that was very busy and had a difficult to find parking and it was on the next block. Overall, I will definitely stay there again.

Right value for the price. Good option for Brooklyn.

I stay here once a month and enjoy the large rooms and Continental breakfast

Very isolated location. Difficult getting anywhere. Rooms not comfortable. Large kitchen area but no utensils, etc, unless requested. Bathroom small with very basic amenities. Loud air conditioning unit in bedroom. No couches or comfortable chairs in the suite. Basic breakfast provided. Needed since no cafes close by.

We spent our first night married at the pointe plaza and greatly enjoyed the spacious and comfortable accomodations.

The hotel exceeded all of my expectations! High ceilings, comfortable bed.

Besides the parking everything was great from the location to the room and the complimentary breakfast. This was my fifth time staying at this hotel and I recommend it to all.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times already. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Huge room with kitchen. Free coffee and wifi available 24/7. Great value!

It was everything and more. When I checked in I was informed because of the length of my stay they gave me an upgrade to their top suite at no extra charge. The staff were outstanding in every area of customer service. I plan on using the Pointe Plaza again when I come back to Brooklyn in the very near future !!!

The girl that checked us in was very nice and the room was clean enough... Just hate finding hair that is not mine under the comforter. Difficult to get anywhere from this location if you aren't driving. half hour walk to subway. It's in the heart of the heart of the Orthodox Jewish area and they don't take kindly to us walking through neighborhood.
