The hotel was great—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Zue at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived until check-out, she was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help in any way she could. Her customer service truly stood out. We did have a minor incident with a supervisor named Abdul, whose approach was disappointing and not very customer-service oriented. However, Zue and Carlos handled the situation professionally and apologized multiple times, which helped resolve the issue. The rooms were spacious and clean, and noise from outside was minimal. The subway is just steps away, making it very convenient. While the surrounding area can feel a bit sketchy, we never experienced any issues. Overall, it was a great hotel for our quick trip, and we would stay again.

Normally I stay in a different hotel when I travel to NYC but this was by far the best experience. The Staff was amazing and it was quite and clean. A big plus was the parking on the property. Spaces were limited but I got one and it was safe and secured. I love this hotel

Zero parking at all, not to mention it’s a completely ghetto area with shady people just roaming around. The breakfast was barely anything at all, definitely was expecting better. Entrance was hardly handicapped accessible, only one door opened. Hotel room itself was short multiple amenities

Le personnel était très gentil et aidant et la chambre était propre et confortable. Un gros plus pour le stationnement sécurisé et le petit déjeuner inclus. Vous trouverez des fruits, de la salade de fruits, des céréales sucrées, du gruau, des pâtisseries, des bagels, des œufs durs, du café très correct et des jus de fruits. Nous sommes très satisfaits de l’emplacement près du métro qui nous amène presque partout en moins de 30 minutes. À titre d’exemple, nous étions à moins d’une heure de Brooklyn. Un gros WoW! Les alentours de l’hôtel sont corrects, mais ce n’est pas le plus beaux coins de NY. Nous nous sentions tout de même en sécurité. Il y a des pharmacies, des fast-food, un marché, c’était parfait!
