I wish this went better. The first room was inappropriately smoking-designated but the staff switched to a non-smoking room. The elevator reeks of cigarette smoke. The second room had a dirty rag between the sheets of the made bed. The third room offered smelled of marijuana smoke and was on the same floor as the "non-smoking" room.

Bulletproof glass between the reception desk and the guests, zero customer welcome, no housecleaning over a 4 night stay, a keycard that demagnetized every day, a nylon cover and no blanket on the bed, abandoned property next door, should I go on?
