I booked a room with a king bed when I arrived I was offered a room with two queen beds. I stated that I didn’t need it because I’m traveling alone. Receptionist stated it was a nicer room. Turns out it was a noisier room due to highway traffic very disappointing unable to sleep well

An ok 1 night stay

The hotel was fine. Clean and comfortable. The staff pleasant. The neighborhood was not pleasant. Lots of semi trucks parked on the street. No restaurants to walk to.

I stay here every time I visit NY which is a couple times a year. The staff, specifically Jocelyn, is the greatest! So sweet and caring! Really makes the whole experience worth it. This time around, it seemed like there was leaf blowing happening in the mornings around 9 or 10am so that kinda sucked hearing. The location is pretty convenient since it’s near to Bay Plaza.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated and need some maintenance. Breakfast is not great although complimentary so still appreciated. It was okay for 1 night and the location was good for us being outside NYC.

Last minute visit

I came here due to an emergency medical situation for a family member. Booking was with ease, check-in went well, room was clean, breakfast was ok and the availability of parking was terrific. I would definitely stay here again if I ever needed to visit New York again.
